Nobody is talking about size but development. The bad thing is that Igboland is tiny and does not have the infrastructures Ibadan city has.
Ibadan has standard stadia,GraS,many malls and 5 standard malls,universities etc.Onitsha is only built up with houses,markets etc.No real infrastructure. There is no city in Igboland that can compete with Ibadan in infrastructures and development. It has its slum(which is where Ibadan started from in the olden days,Ibadan has since expanded far and beyond that you will marvel at the rate of development lately.I have toured Ibadan for good 9 days just a few months ago from early morning till evening just touring.)just like USA,Lagos etc all have slums.

Lagos is more developed than Abuja and all the states in Nigeria even with its defects.I respect Igbos but you still have to catch up with Yoruba your senior brothers that you have sworn to compete with in everything.

Anambra alone has Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi and Ihiala which are all Urban areas with modern buildings and industries etc. Oyo only has Ibadan with majorly brown & dilapidated roofs. Only few places in Ibadan you can see few industries/modern buildings which are still most likely owned by the igbos
