SUPERPACK:I was asked to upload a valid ID card before I could transfer my PayPal funds. I did and I got a response that my Identity couldn't be verified. Whenever I tried to transfer funds after that, I always got an error message like in the screenshot below. I even contacted customer service to rectify the issue but got no response. My funds are still hanging there and I don't know what to do. What may be wrong?

Hi Jimmy, i want to call back. glad we could connect. More than anything, i want to make sure we find time and an accounter for a short demo. I think if you and the other stakeholders see the product in action, they will be able to understand why we were able to make such grandiose statement. If we are not able to improve the efficiency of your sales force by at least 10% in the first month, we have a full money guarantee. This was what i was able to transcribe. please someone help me with the necessary modifications. |
