The painful part is that these idiots will be making millions of $$ from fraud and refuse to invest in legal businesses that can employ Nigerian youths angry

And you pitch a top business idea to them to invest, they will be asking you how much will the business be bringing in monthly, u honestly tell them 3 - 5million and they will tell you its a poor man's business and they continue their fraudulent life.

you will get land for 7-10million in Egbeda axis of Lagos, i stayed in Festac when i use to be in Naija, and i know you will get a nice duplex of 4-5 bedroom for 38-45million, it hasn't changed much till date.
