What I really dont understand is how people try to justify all these wrongs and they will still feel like they are making a point.?

I ain't justifying a point if you did read my first post here, but why would a firm focused on fighting crime especially financial related crimes be this dull in finding reasonable evidence to lock him up instead of going to court twice? If what they had on him wasn't sufficient to lock him up, then they would have covertly gotten more information instead of making a fool of their self on a lad who is not as experienced as their so called agent and detectors them.

EFCC just called first witness as clearly stated in the news, meaning there may or may not be more witnesses.

2. How exactly do they nail people elsewhere please? one piece of evidence opens up another, and then another, Right?

3. Never has there been a clampdown on fraudsters like this before, and many of us are quite happy about it.

It is easier to sit behind computer and say a whole lot. if you have a better way efcc can close cases fast, write them an email, that way you would have contributed your little quota.
