I do give the details to people that contact me on WhatsApp and sometimes, I do not. It's wise not to post the details to social media... Because when most shipping companies have many customers, they tend to have higher chances of sorting problem. That's when they have too much goods to ship that they lost some in the process or extend there delivery days... You might even know the company. There location is in Ajao Estate. If you use a shipping company based at that location and there 7 days is 7 days with no complain, then u'll know it's the said company... But be aware that, have searched and searched, have never seen anyone mentioned there name or details on any website...
Sorry but this is a very selfish statement. So you think the company you use shouldn't have much customers or they don't do marketing and pray for customers? Very selfish. You want people to send you their money so you can help them pay the company you use instead of giving them details to deal directly. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM. Forget the video call and plastic ID card thing you're talking.

Thank you Detective felibrain. With this comment of yours, I'll be ignoring anyone in my inbox now...

This my further comment is just to educate you:
Believe it or not, unless u're inexperienced about mini importation, the more the customer for a shipping company, the more problem emanates. They always pray for customers but when goods becomes too much, they just lose there balance. That's when u'll be hearing " dear customer, due to much orders or something else, our prices have increased or delivery period have now been extended to so so so days" Some won't even send any message, u'll just realise your goods are taking too long to deliver... I have my experience, so does others.. Well I will take this your comment as subject of ingnorance.. Funny enough, if you had come to WhatsApp to ask me about the agent, I'll gladly give you the full details as I gave others smarter than you. My previous comments simply says "come to whatsapp, ask, and I might give".. Others on nairaland using same company all these years kept mute but am the selfish one right for announcing and not posting it here... You see how we create problems for ourselves in this country, I saw people complaining about logistics problem, I offered to help with no charges as someone with verified Alipay account but the "no charges" makes you develop the mentality that if it's free, it's probably fake...... Even those that saw my message yesterday contacted me to teach them about the rudiments of mini importation including how to chat and bergain with sellers on 1688 which I did without collecting any fee that most people will probably request for.

I was even ready to teach anyone that ask me on how to pay sellers by themselves so far they have international passport which is now a criteria for Alipay. If you know how easy it is to pay Chinese sellers, u'll realise the procurement fee all shipping companies collect is too ridiculous. If you study my profile, u'll realise am a Uite and in my final year now. All these comments of me trying to help came up during this short holiday.... As UI resumes next week, I might not have the time to help or teach anyone again..

With the knowledge and experience I have, I could have easily announce myself as a shipping and procurement agent like how others are springing up day by day now. I know that would have bypass whatever scamming thoughts u were thinking towards my comment since it's not gonna be a free service....

I never wanted to reply this thread again because have gone through the accusations, they are not true , and also as a result most are newbies and don’t know more about the business, I’ll like to reply only this base on this alone instead of forcing people to re order .. we don’t do this , we will only put a compulsory re-order if only we lost your item ...

Attached photos is the part of the list of the customer we are to refund, when item goes out of stock it a choice either you provide us a link to re-order or request for refund of that amount

Thanks

I come online and see quite a number of allegations made against tugrow. Please I've used tugrow and i never regretted using them, I can provide proofs, there was a time I had a problem and they refunded my money. The only problem with tugrow is processing orders on time apart from that they have no problem and they are affordable so if you're laying any allegation against tugrow please back it up with proof

You quoted my second comment. Not the first. Whether you were referring to the first or second comment, what I do with my info or knowledge is none of your business. I owe you or anyone nothing. No one on this Nairaland have ever taught me anything for free. I pay for knowledge but give out knowledge with no charge.. Everyone I meet to teach or tell me anything on this Nairaland usually ignore my message or always request money first.... Even this company am talking about, I got there details from a Premium WhatsApp group I paid for. Not that someone, somewhere, just willingly gave them to me. You have no right to be tagging bad comments to someone you don't know or haven't even had any personal deal with...

Have been on nairaland since 2014 and no one have ever given bad comment or think of me as a scammer. That word "scam" is a big one. Becareful how you use it... If I had not reply you earlier, many people that read your comments would have had different opinion about me. Is it a crime to offer to help, na wa for this country o...

How is his reply different from the one you once gave me when I humbly contacted you on whatsapp asking for help with delivery agents you can recommend for me? It was very childish of you to have come up to boast on the thread that you had delivery agents who are efficient and reliable, but when asked to help with them, you bluntly told me "I can't". Why then did you bring it up in the first place? I felt that you were a bit enlightened from the way you write but was terribly disappointed by your lack of tact and decorum. Now you are pissed with someone else when you are guilty of same. Na wao.

Greetings sir, I didn't want to comment though, the bolded made me to, if you use international passport to verify alipay, were r u going to get the bank card to bind d alipay, do not misled people sir, without a China's bank card, nothing on Earth will make ur alipay be a 100% verified account. Except u want to use a Chinese person bank card for it, but mind you, this will not be 100% secure, also if it's was so easy to use a naija intl passport without a china bank card, i think every body would have dived into Chinese market. Think about it. Even if you have alipay account, you must still patronize a procurement agent or exchanger to credit your alipay for you.

Another is this, any company that will have problem will have problem, wether they have 1million customers or not, everybody want patronage, those that are buying to sell want more customers to patronize them, airlines want more customers to patronize them, shippers want more customers to patronize them...... If everybody was greedy to help people with vital informations, even I don't think I would be were I am today....... The then Nairaland I no, we don't believe in private chating to get assistance . Mr man I NEVER asked anyone to contact me privately for delivery agents so I see no reason why you should. Or did I? I share whatever I want to share in public for every one to read and learn just as the OP is doing. Our business contact was only posted here for business. Even when you messaged you must have been told by WhatsApp that it's a business account. So I see no reason why you would chat up a business, asking for tutoring. It's just like messaging GTBank on WhatsApp and start asking them to teach you how to make money. Does that make any sense?

The fact that he sounded inexperienced with the AliPay thing made me even more suspicious. Saying that it's easy to open AliPay with only int passport is funny. It's either you're in China or have a close friend in China. Otherwise nothing!

I received the product on Monday and I made my first sales today . Sold the product at 5k each. I made a profit of #4,600 on each product.

Thanks Mr Gideon for exposing me to mini importation. Guys let's take advantage of it

Thanks for your reply.
I don't use Chinese bank card for my Alipay. And there's none of my comment I talked about how to use Alipay so I have little idea why you thought am misleading the public for what have not even said. I simply exchange naira for yuan. Anybody that wants to teach you about Alipay will definitely mention that since you don't have Chinese bank card. And what's difficult in exchanging yuan for naira....
You don't need to make Alipay look difficult. Be sincere...

I only know of Wechat that compulsory Chinese bank card... Infact, months ago, I use Alipay without the need of international passport... It was recently Alipay restricted many people from paying until they upload there international passport for verification...

And I don't know what you meant by 100% secure, I guess it's a term to confuse the ignorant ones coz nothing have happened to my Alipay account since over 7 months ago have been using it...

And in your statement "If everybody was greedy to help people with vital informations, even I don't think I would be were I am today"
It's a simple instruction, message me on Whatsapp... How will I say I want to help on WhatsApp and u'll be telling me to help on nairaland. Should I be begging people ni... The serious ones already messaged me and none have come here to give bad comments that am extorting anything from them. Have even searched and searched on nairaland, have not seen anyone offered to do this stuffs for free.... The only one that's offering to help, u people are still attacking him. From your statements, it shows you do pay sellers yourself or have slight idea about the process. What's stopping you from teaching others....

Am not even supposed to be typing long replies like this if not for the derogatory comments you people have been quoting me with. On a normal day I'll ignore...

"Taps mic and clears throat"

I have thoroughly read from page one to this particular page, and I must confess, unquantifiable blessings to the creator of this beautiful thread.

I've learnt a lot, and willing to learn more.

The OP really did an awesome job, by giving us very valuable information, on a platter of gold, for FREE!

I mean, how many people out there will be willing to do that?

Again, God bless the OP.

Now, to other positive contributors, I recognize and appreciate your words as well.

However, I want to plead with @alphabbey1; @felibrain; to please drop the little friction brewing between both of you.

I strongly believe, there's something good inside of both you, and you guys are ready to help and share useful tips amongst the large number of us here, who are novice to this business, myself included.

Give us guides and ideas, as a follow up to what the OP has started, hopefully, if you will.

If you want us to call you guys, let's us know. If it's to chat you up, all good.

And if there is a follow up thread to this one, perfect!

Let's help one another.

Sorry, if my words are not that succinct.

In the end, whether you believe in God or not, Christian or not, everything ends six feet under the ground.

Do you have an Alipay account ? If yes, tell us how you go about it. If no, please, I use whatever you believe in, don't talk about this again... Because if you give any derogatory comments again, I'll have no choice than to defend myself with long articles.... Am not typing to exercise my fingers please....
Bro it's OK, no need for the long article you want to write. Use your writing skill to earn some dollars on Fiverr and Upwork instead.
We're friends.

Bulls... Your over sabi too much. Running your mouth(fingers) in what doesn't concern you.
Don't you know what scamming is?

You sound so experienced but your delivery is wacked, poor yet charge a premium. That's scamming and you my brother is a scammer.

Ask yourself if you'll part with so much for so little. You even give quotations in dollars. Pathetic.
Don't drag others when you can't even scale freely

alphabbey1 i was omce in this shoe,...,now,u cant use alipay even if u verify with international passport u will only be restricted to receive 1000¥ @ once.. once dey start seeing the transaction u are doing, dey will block ur alipay until u verify with Chinese card. mind u chinese are more corc than we nigerian... if you fall into a chinese scammer hand dey will offer to help you and go away with your money.
is this for old or new user. Or for all .... Hope you understand that my comment is based on my experience. Up till now, neither I, nor groups am in, have experience the blockage due to lots of transactions. Even the person I buy yuan from, do transfer from his Alipay account and he also procure for people. Meaning he makes lots of transactions. I only know it's not advisable to pass 10,000 yuan limit per year...
