In less than 1 hour, I received the offer of $275. As a sharp guy who is tired of outbounding for the month, i accepted. It took the client a week to submit payment.

Client submitted payment yesterday, and I got payment into my Luno account today.

Those two domain names selected by Oga Iyke are good ones in my perspective. I will advise you to send two more follow up messages with discount before you move one to the next domain names.

One of the untold realities about this business is that you will get more of "No replies" or "Not Interested" replies. This stuff happens to everyone on here.

Though it can be depressing doing lots of outboundings and receives no or bad responses, especially when you are yet to make first sale, but you need to keep the ball rolling by regging more names ( US city+service, rental etc)

I do go back and see the companies that caught the names. 80% of those names are always caught by Dropcatch or Snapnames. This always leaves me to wonder if EPIK back ordering service works or its just a waste of time

No bro it's not luck. Dropcatch.com(through their Namebright registrar) is the undisputed king when it comes to catching names and that's not luck.

Instead they have a solid algorithm alongside a partnership with so many registrars which gives them early access to dropping names.

They however are very dubious set of people. I recently placed a back order for Cannabis/Digest/com which they caught. As expected, it went into auction(I wasn't the only one interested). One particular user who's name I can't recall now was leading the auction with $350 or so. All of a sudden, the same user outbid HIMSELF with 500 and something dollar. That didn't make sense and it got me really suspicious of their platform.


All in all, dropcatching isn't luck. It's a very lucrative part of this business that requires a lot of investment to be successful in it.
