I have offered a replacement since the day you complained and would do that whenever we receive your oil but you bear d cost of transportation.
The thing is, I hardly get angry but once I do, it holds water.

Unfortunately I can't upload files,guess it's too large. now Don has erred by giving me oil that is bad (he might not know because maybe he's not around but if you say my oil was kept for me, boiled And filtered and All, please why am I getting Oil that has a brown colour, taste that is off including the very dirty dregs underneath? Oh please can someone help me out on how to attach large files?
Don has repeatedly Made me understand I'm small fish. Please Will because I'm buying 1 keg or 2 make you look down on me by giving me this oil after All I can't do anything? I got someone to assist me with few kegs I sell off like 5 then request for another, for a while now.. but I had to tell the person to halt as I need to collect My oil kept somewhere to sell as that's money tied down. I literally had to carry 25litres on my head the other day to Otto to waybill to Kaduna to a lady I met on twitter. I did not tell her I can't because she's buying just a keg, I'm trying to build this business to carry on My mum's legacy. If not who says I can't find other means to survive?
Now I'm supposed to pay 2000 plus on each keg, to return this oil back to Akwa Ibom, from Lagos and get a replacement,due to an error on Don part. I'm paying for his own mistakes. How do I recoup my gain after All of the expensens? Please is this how to Go about it

It is not the first experience with a client but I have always resolved it amicably with clients. You are one of the few clients I have gone out of my way to assist since you started business but as usual, the world would only hear what you wish to say and I don't give a damn about it.

Whenever I receive your oil, it'd be replaced. I have said this several times.

If I have scammed you, abi stolen your money, or whatever say it and let the world hear.

Finally since you've chosen this as our Avenue, I'd not respond to any of your messages in private, do let us know HERE too when your oil gets to us for replacement and we'd also update when we do the exchange.

Nah it's our tradition sir. we change oil whenever clients ain't satisfied but as it stands she's pushed me to the wall and has called me several names, I WONT CHANGE THEM AGAIN SIR. My experience and encounter with donparosky was good. I had 30 kegs bad from 200 kegs he supplied to me here and he replaced them without worries.
I hope he changes his mind. Maybe he's angry

Its our tradition to replace bad oil for clients. This should have been easier but Everyone chooses to believe what he likes. Thank you for your kind words.

Grade A is Grade A, even if it stays for one month the quality is top notch. For you to add "replacement" clause and clients to take responsibility of transport cost in your terms and conditions show that there is a deliberate intention to send bad oil to clients. When the client can't afford the cost of sending the oil back for replacement, they just accept the lesser lost and move on. Then the circle continues.


I know I also give clients excuse for delay and sometimes ignore them while i am pushing to deliver their job, but at the end of the day I don't make them feel cheated. Online business is not easy, yes we know but your relationship with your client matters.

However this is a very minor issue that should have been amicably resolved without too many stories.
people who buy from me know we replace oil whenever a client isn't satisfied. For goodness sake, does it make sense that I'd intentionally send 30kegs of bad oil to a client. Haba how does it sound. see am already tired about this very issue and I have made my stance clear. God helping me, I won't reply to this issues again. I hope she keep tracts of all her statements here. people think they can get away just cos it's a faceless forum.

30 bad kegs out of 200 kegs is 15% damage. That amount can't be a mistake. It was deliberate. Don't you know that if you blend the 200 kegs, the 30 bad ones will damage the whole stock? ..and if you supply it to a company and they run quality test, they will reject the oil or price you down. Don't you know that?
