He left office 12 years ago. Or you mean for 12 years, he's been doing nothing? Not engaged in any work or business activities?

If an ordinary Nigerian can obtain loan facilities to set up a multi billion Naira business, how hard is it for Tinubu, a connected and powerful politician and former of Lagos state to obtain bank loans to start or buy a business?

We all knw his likes politicians their worth before n after office,so pls don't come n start preaching here.

We need the EFCC to do justice to real crime and criminal activities, not silly and crime-less rubbish people like you drum up because of hatred, politics , bitterness and tribalism.

Who determines what is a real crime? You?

But why are some people bothered that a petition was written to investigate the bullion van incident?

There are laws that allow investigations into suspicious transactions, movements & activities. Moving 2 bullion vans into a personal residence on the eve of a national election is suspicious & there is reasonable cause to investigate the following issues...

1. What was the content of the bullion vans moved on the eve of a national election? Where they offloading or recieving valuable materials?

2. What was contained in the bullion van manifest? Did it conform to the actual content?

3. If it is cash, where did it originate from? Is there a record of that withdrawal/cash movement?

4. If the cash was above 5m, How where the supposed funds disbursed thereafter viz-a-viz the provisions of the money laundering regulations.

5. If it was not cash, was what was conveyed legal or illegal?

It was the movement of funds by fayose in a bullion van that enabled the trace of funds to the CBN, who knows where these funds will be traced to...

The funds traced to PEJ's accounts cannot be linked to any fradulent activity, yet, we all agree that such wealth cannot be reasonably explained & is therefore suspicious...

The key word regarding this issue is suspicious movement...

& Like I keep saying, investigating the bullion van issue will raise questions on this issue below...

Party leaders do pay party agents transport and feeding allowance so as to be properly motivated on the election field... so nothing is wrong with moving cash during election eve so long you aint close to the polling station

rolams:

On election eve, even as a strong party chieftain? Have you seen Dangote, Dantata, F'ẹmi Otedola or funsho Alakija do this? Is Tinubu house a bank or any of his company premises? Are his company customers now paying directly to Tinubu In his house. Why would he keep such a huge amount of money in his possession? Why are they taking money to his house rather than office? Lots of questions needed to be ask. Pls stop defending him

Thank goodness we still have people who are asking the right questions.

Nigeria is in trouble when the ones that should be asking these questions are instead justifying WHY the questions shouldn't be asked. Deliberately acting naive and stupid.

Another cogent question is that did the bank (if it was from a bank) report the transaction especially as it happened so close to national elections?

Efcc should live up to its bark. Selective justice is corruption & simply fuels more corruption.

I might not like the way corruption is being fought, but if that is how this administration feels it should fight corruption, then let the standards be applicable to all. No sacred cows...

Exactly my point. There are a number of unanswered questions about the whole issue that need to be looked into if we are truly serious about fighting corruption.

Instead some idiot is applying sentiment and pasting pictures of ikpeazu to deflect from the topic, what does that have to do with what's being discussed? Nigerians deserve all the bad roads, shitty health care and other woes plaguing them. So annoying.

Leave them.

When this administration was saying national security superceded human rights & liberties, these same people saying bat has committed no crime applauded.

Sane people asked for clarification on the statement, but they were shouted down.

Well, the chickens have come home to roost. National elections are concomitant to national security issues & any human right/liberty issue that is suspicious needs to be investigated even when human rights are trampled upon.

This administration & it's supporters cannot shift the goal post at this stage.

What question do you need answered?

You or the banks having BV to transport your valuables is not a crime, you too can do it if you have the money, it's your right.

Tinubu is not a public official, he's not your governor, he's not your minister, he's not your president, he's not your reps or even your LG chairman and he's definitely not responsible for your roads.

If you have complains about your roads, go to your governor and your elected officials.

You can not leave your incompetent governors and elected officials who are collecting your allocations in exchange for 1 gallon of kerosene to attack and harass private citizens and non public officials who are not responsible for your life.

Face your elected officials, Tinubu did not send BV to your state to collect your allocations.

Now I see your confusion yesterday about Tinubu being a private citizine.

I think like you and many ignorant people on NL, you actually thin Tinubu is a public official and he's collecting your taxes and allocations to build roads and take care of you also that the BV contained your allocations. grin grin

Well, newsflash, Tinubu is not a public official, he left public office 12 years ago, he is indeed a private citizen just like you.

Please than me for that education grin grin

Alpha-Beta Consulting unveils plans for international expansion in Africa

16 January 2019 Consultancy.africa

Lagos-based management consultancy Alpha-Beta Consulting has announced its intentions for an international expansion of service offerings, based on strong economic performance. Specifically, the firm will expand into Sierra Leone, in addition to Ghana where it has already established a presence.

Alpha-Beta Consulting is diverse in its service offerings, ranging from project, scope and fixed assets management to software development and database maintenance. The firm also delves in audits and reviews, in addition to its suite of training and support services in the technology domain.

The firm recently conducted an independent evaluation of its economic performance, which revealed the fiscal room and feasibility of expanding its operations beyond Africa’s largest economy. Acting on this revelation, the firm has devised plans to expand into Ghana and Sierra Leone.

Prior to these plans of international expansion, the firm has already announced intentions to enhance its infrastructure by 2019, which it will use to service its expansive pool of clients that extend across the Nigerian state of Abia, Imo, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Sokoto, Kano, Plateau and Nasarawa.

He's not only a smart businessman, he's a great Nigerian and a patriot. You can not point to any mansion abroad in his name or any mansion beyond the ones give to him as part of his pension.

He invested his money here in Nigeria and I'm sure hundreds if not thousands collects salaries from many of his businesses, unlike the corrupt public officials these crocodile tears people defend and support.

When Asiwaju assumed office in 1999, the IGR in Lagos was measly N500 million per month, but with Tinubu's smarts and ingenuity grew to N33 billion per month.
