Putin accused former colonial powers in the West of intimidating African countries to exploit the continent’s resources. And what is he about to do too? Imagine! Kettle calling pot black when most of Russian weapons easily find their way into the hands of terrorists.... |

Offpoint: That's it, my brother. We could hardly do that. Students study for exams. Some lecturers starts teaching late and all they have to do is to start with the topics that will come out in exams. U see in this life, for u to become great at something, u gotta get a coach. Our Nigeria lecturers are very very bad coach. No inspiration from them, majority are just doing the little they can for money. Not to make a ground breaking achievement. Nigerians are brilliant, intelligent and innovative but no better system to bring up these qualities in these students. 1 Like |

post=83523067:is this the original Bubu or the Photo-shoped version. For those jubilant about new link or bondage, we should remember that Russia is after her interest and planning for her strategic position. What is our own interest here, slavery is slavery and dependent states are enslaved States, so is this worth advertising? That all our leader does is globe trotting to beg for arms and assistance from here and there suggests that we are inferior or half humans. Yet, we are a wonderful people, only that policies of exclusion have made our best brains desert the land. Anyways, begging and the North are like 5 and 6. |

Kevinsamba: The US don't sell enough weapon to African government because they don't trust them, because they could use it on their citizens, It was the Northern governors that even wrote later to the US not to sell weapons to Nigeria under Goodluck Jonathan saying was is using it to kill innocent Northerners, it now backfired them because the US then refuse to sell to Buhari's government, GEJ even tried to buy weapon illegally in SA but was busted and stopped by the US. Russia does not care how you use the weapons they sold to you, that's the difference. If Nigeria keep Buhari keep buying weapons from Russia then the US will start placing sanctions on Nigeria little by little, their allies will stop buying oil from Nigeria little by little. 3 Likes |

I ready some comments here and I just laugh and pity for my beloved AFRICA...Putin is a very smart man when it comes to his country interest in matters like this ( future war threat ), Mark my world south Africa is in big problem cause those aircraft will be stationed there making what ever Putin say in South Africa stand Instead of them to have an option they never know the kind future wahala they enter. One the first time in a long time buhari made a smart move...no doubt Putin would have tabled the matter before him and he would refuse as a formal military man ( note Lagos to California by sea is about 2-3 month which to Houston is around 1month and some days ) which will make America even more angry and scared. Mind you Trump and putin are good friends before politics, Russia is the only country that can face America with military might and America would be scared. South Africa don buy market ooo, questions is why South Africa allow an aircraft as deadly as this station in your country when you have no say or power over it? Why Putin station such Aircraft in South Africa when he knows he won't allow them use it and sell fighter helicopter to Nigeria ( 2 main Africa strong house ) Why station a war aircraft in Africa? AFRICA we never know wetin we dey enter God help us all. 4 Likes |

Seunpaul01:We have lots of steel coys. We don't need any country to revive our sleeping plants. Setting up something different is what evolving nations are doing. Really pains me that those who can't think aren't allowed to. I mean look at Fashola, that man is grossly underutilized. |

stop being a pessimist.. UK and America were built with african resources and slave man power... US became a major nuclear powered country because of a german man, and internet is available because of a nigerian mathematics professor.. So whats slavery if we call in Russia to develop our ajaokuta for us, atleast russia developed brazil steel industry and brazil now makes plane Nwaonyishi69: 2 Likes |

Boom there you have it war Aircraft to Africa. Make I see who wan follow Putin make noise now..South Africa was very very stupid to have allow that Aircraft come in no matter what you stand to gain, South Africa have no power over that thing so what ever Putin wants is what THEY WILL DO. |

marvin905: China has advanced greatly in the past few years. It is no slacker. I've read extensively about China's military in the Economist magazine and it's impressive. How much does it cost to build an Arctic base? Let's say $20b. That's pocket change to the Chinese. 3 Likes |
