Hello house, I am trying to relocate to Australia on permanent residence visa , I have 6 years of experience and I have done IELTS and scored LWRS 8877, I am now in the process of submitting application for vetassess assessment ( as my occupation- MICROBIOLOGY is been assessed by vetasses) however I am concerned about the job description, a check on the Australia website shows non-medical for microbiology thereby creating more confusion. Please any Microbiologist in the house who has gotten a positive assessment? can you give me the list of the job description you stated in your reference letters when applying for vetassess assessment. Please help. Thank you.

what occupation are you assessing and which University did you graduate from?

Hello House ,
i would like to know an HND holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering but has experience in Biomedical field, what psot would be the best to apply for under Australia PR Visa
Biomedical engineer is a level 1 occupation which means his HND wont fly.
I will advise he goes through the occupation lists on Anzsco to get an occupation he can nominate.
visit www.anzscosearch.com
Click the Hamburger sign (if you are assessing from your phone) and select 'List'
Go through the 3 lists MLTSSL, STSOL and ROL
Click any of the occupations that best relate to what you do.
When you click the occupation, scroll down to 'Anzsco code' and scroll to 'Tasks'
Check if the tasks relate to your occupation.

Good morning my people. I'm in a dilemma concerning work documentation.

My first work experience was in a one man business but it was also in my field of study. I was there for three years but was paid in cash all through my time there.

Which supporting documents do I need to tender. Bear in mind that I have an appointment letter.

Please I'll be glad if anyone can put me through.

Does your occupation have a name?

Yes the new point system cuts accross all the visa class.
10pts Marital status points also cuts accross.
However ITA points will go up even they still peg base point at 65 (although this is likely to go to 65/70/75 ....491/190/189

My concern is no longer the points because without an assessment, i can fetch 65; but the 3 & 5 years experience being pegged on all of these Occupations. cry

May we all be delivered.

Your role is not available cos you may not be able to assess as a CSM especially due to your job function in the branch.

Then those years won't be factored into your employment years cos EA requires at least one 3rd party evidence for the years you want to claim points for

I know. What 3rd party evidence can I get. My former boss is someone I can talk to. He's the one that got me this job I'm doing right now too.

I'll like to know which third party evidence I can get from him

You can't assess as a Microbiologist cos your degree is an Associate degree AQF and Vetassess will give you a negative assessment. Search for a level 2 or below occupation that is related to microbiologist that you can nominate.
