I have come to notice this as a Nigerian, why do our parents, We ourselves love to criticize anytin inter tribal marriages. The hate is too much especially Yoruba and Igbo...
An igbo mother will say over her dead body will her kids marry yoruba.
A yoruba mother too will say over her dead body will her son or daughter marry Igbo man
A delta mother will say over her dead body will her son marry an Igbo woman and so on.

This hatred is too much, imagine within the same country.

But when our kids bring foreigners, we are quick to praise them. We don't even care if they don't share the same culture or so but because he or she is a foreigner, we are quick to praise them and celebrate them. When it's between us, the bashing and hatred starts.

What Is the way of this mess we are into?
