Could you please assist with explaining this better as I want to update my primary NOC and the fear of my account being rendered ineligible is driving me nuts.

What can I do to ensure this doesn't happen?

I’m not 100% sure of how this works tbh, but what happened was that I updated the NOCs of my other jobs but didn’t update the primary NOC bit.

I’m assuming that your primary NOC should be the one you have the most years in OR your most recent job? I think oh... please any one with a similar experience should help out.

Thanks!

CONGRATULATIONS on your Remark for Writing, I'm happy for you.

Please how long did your Remark take?

Also did you do your Remark with BC or MOD IDP?

Thanks so much. kiss

I got a mail in acknowledgement of EOR 5 days after submitting the EOR.

I got a mail saying the EOR result has returned 7 days after the acknowledgement email.

It was British Council.

Please a quick one here, how many years will one spend at Canada after getting PR to be eligible to apply for citizenship?

3 years but if you grab one Canadian babe or man(it's legal) 'take hold body' it would be sooner than that. grin grin tongue

Please anyone who have done eor for ielts British council please should tell me the process I can't find it online lrws 8.5,8,6.5,7.5. called customer care they have been putting me on queue since yesterday
For British Council, you need to raise a bank draft in any bank you have an account with.

The Recipient of the Bank Draft should be:
British Council Trading Services Nigeria Limited

Amount: NGN15,750

Take the bank draft to BC office with your old Test Result Form.
You would be given an EOR form to fill where you would tick the components i.e. the particular course module(s) you want to remark. Your old TRF would be viewed but wouldn't be collected from you till when you return back to collect the EOR results. The process is expected to take between 2 to 21 days.

If you have not received a response after 28 days from the date you recieved the acknowledgement email, please contact frederick.amatokwu@ng.britishcouncil.org and copy alexander.ofuyah@ng.britishcouncil.org. You should ensure that you provide your candidate number and test date in the body of the mail.
Please note that they state that they are unable to track the outcome of an Enquiry on Results until 28 days have passed.

Success dear.

are u sure do u know anyone who has done it?

Someone sent me the first two pictures below, what do you think? The first two are as recent as September and August this year and the last one is from IRCC website.

So long as one certificate is up to 3 years, the length of the second one does not matter.

You can combine different NOCs to get to 3 years. Only one of the NOCs/Job needs to be continuous for one year.
In your case, you have enough for 3 years.

isaacola57:
I only have one year in my noc draftsman the remaining two is from teaching technical drawing, software development and nysc teaching can it be seen as 3 years

Uchboggy:
Guys please has anyone successfully used experience in fractions for EE ? Like for a 3 years work experience but you worked in two firms ,same noc for 2years 4months and then 8months in the other or 2years 6months in one and 6 months in another

Please would one need reference letters from the firms (including previous employers) for all jobs submitted in the application?

For instance I have spent 2 years with my current employer and have 3 years experience from 3 previous employers. I intend to add those other years to complete the 3years+ experience on the CRS tool.
Would I need to meet my previous employers to give me reference letters in addition to the reference letter from my current employer?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Stencil: 6:45pm On Oct 29, 2019
Get a reference letter from your current employer (2 years)
Get another reference letter(s) to cover an additional year (1 year)

You only get maximum points for 3 years. Move the remaining work experience to personal history (after you get ITA).

Never knew it was the same 3 year period, thanks for the enlightenment.

I also wanted to get people laughing as well just to relieve some of the anxiety associated with waiting for ITA or PPR. It's crazy.

Many thanks!

Oh dear, I don't want to have to collect reference letter again from my previous firm. sad

One more question please (thanks for indulging), would job placements upon arrival at Canada be based on the uploaded NOCs on my EE profile?

Hello. Please do you know if there has been anyone that successfully combined 2 NOCS to claim points and got the PR. I’m not asking for myself but for some persons that have been debating this issue. Our interpretation of the CIC website and also the “Ask Kubair” page on Facebook says otherwise.

this is actually a funny question. 1. You have not used the search button- i did and could find many examples e.g villagegirl ppr story. 2. You are implying the person is not telling the truth. Sigh.

Mr ednut. I agree with point 1 but point 2 is very assuming of you cos nowhere in my write up did I imply anything of that nature. I intended to be polite and merely needed to confirm. I was very specific when I said it was to sort out an argument on ground and our interpretation of the cic website and also a post on a popular Facebook page implies this wasn’t possible. Next time before you “dive” to conclusions maybe read and understand the sentence.
Thanks for the story you linked but she used just NOC 4035. Except I’m missing something. Search button then.

No. It is not compulsory to submit statement of account if you can get the reference letter in CIC format

If you know if you use 11 months (total months you were paid via accout) you will still have 3 years work experience, you can just use this way and avoid LOE. If not, use the complete 12 months and explain you were paid in cash during the first month

If you are still active on NL and see this mention, please i have sent a dm/email. I would like to clarify some details about using NYSC placement as work experience. I see that you used it and got PPR.

To everyone else reading this, please point me in the direction of someone that has successfully used ONLY NYSC to claim points for work experience.

Thanks.
Sorry to read about your ordeal. Did you include the three weeks camping and the three weeks leave after POP?

I think leltsonline listening practice test is very good because it helps you to challenge yourself. If you continue using it, real exam will be very easy for you. I used it and I can testify it helped me alot. Do not be discouraged by what you score just continuing practicing.
johnnybravo1990:

I struggled in Listening with ieltsonlinetests.com practice tests, getting 33 and 34 uncountable times and scoring 35 and above only a couple of times. I remember 1 day to my exam, I wanted to boost my morale, I did another test; I still got 34. I just decided to give myself the extra one mark to make it 35, telling myself one of my wrong answers was correct, to motivate myself that I was good enough wink. Well, at the end, I scored 8.5 in the real test. I believe Listening tests in ieltsonlinetests.com are quite tough, but please, I encourage anybody to stick with it. It makes you better in the long run.

I really dont get your question. However, the evening jobs are parttime jobs and the total duration will be regarded as half.i.e if you did it for 12 months, it will be calculated as 6 months full time work experience
