Riso Freddo ~~ Cold rice. Best eat under hot climate, mix with veggies and keep in the refigireator for few hours before eating.

I like mine mix with mayonnaise or Extra virgin olive oil. I prefer this rice to Jollof or fried Rice.

Gonna upload the one with mayonnaise later,still in the refigireator

Here. I found a straight forward video recipe because I’m lazy to type the full recipe.

It’s like 2 minutes. Very short

One thing I’ll add is that you have wait until the yeast you added to the water starts to bubble/froth before adding it to the powder ingredients . That’s how you know it’s active yeast.

Unless you’re using instant or rapid rise yeast. Then you can add it straight to the dough mix.

If it's only u, Divide the smallest bag into 2. U can't finish this once. (Cant tell how many cups. Also, bear in mind that they dont swell up like the rice we have in naija.)Keep one and use one. Put a teaspoon of baking powder. If u don't have that, put a full sachet of yeast.
If your blender isn't so strong in crushing dry things. Soak overnight or more than 5 hrs. Cook the one u should cook very soft.
Sighs.

Use jasmine.

Someone requested for it. She wanted only stockfish, even told me I should buy the one with bone instead of the head. Ice fish instead of using meat.

First time cooking it and it came out delicious. I wish I cooked plenty.

I won't call it oha soup because I used ugu in place of ọha with plenty uziza.
