I've search the forum and couldn't find anything on the "Personal activities" section. I did NYSC less than 10 years ago, should I put that as "Employed" under Activities Type? Why I ask is because it would be nearly impossible for me to get reference letters for that.

Thanks

if you are not claiming points from it you don't need a reference letter, let the NYSC experience go to personal history

Hello everyone. Pls my masters degree was evaluated as a full time program which is true but i also had good time to work because lectures was not for the entire day and was not for everyday too during my study. My question is; what should i enter in my EE profile? Full time or part time? I sincerely do not want problems in future. Pls I need your advice on this. Thanking you in anticipation for your response

Please something has been bothering me.

2years ago, prior to when I heard about EE, I tried DUBAI work visa with an agent helping me out. He told me in a month but after 3months visa is still not ready and I just wanted to leave naija then. Something came up in naija that would last for about 2years so then I told the man to withdraw the visa and took about more than 5months to get my PASSPAORT from him.

When filling out the Express entry form, about travel history or have I be denied any visa before question, since I do not know the main info about that visa up to date whether I was given or the man didnt do anything or probably denied sef. This bothers me on what to fill when the time comes on travel history.

Will an LOE do explaining or I should ignore travel history as I have not travelled to anywhere before.

Please indicate the refusal and explain that you do not know the reason for the refusal. Explain the circumstances. It is not an issue. It fit become an issue if you risk it and they somehow find out. U get?

Please don’t get this thing twisted please. BCS course is not the one giving you 33 points. It’s two or more certificates and in your case, I remember you saying you have OND, HND, BSC. You DO NOT need BCS because you already have two or more certificates with either evaluating your ND & HND alone or any of those two with your Bsc. Please move on with your evaluation and forget BCS as a means to increase your CRS score. It’s not for you. It’s for those with just Bsc degree only.

Samseens, please be more specific when explaining the 33 more points so others don’t 0 you.

Thanks for clarifying. I was all ready to take it considering my IT skills. Hmmm, it is well

Hello everyone. I am some of the lucky ones to get ITA yesterday, now comes the tedious part of providing all the necessary information and documents in 60 days.

Let's work together towards successfully obtaining every necessary document. As for me, I have the following questions:

1. I have to obtain a police report from Ghana (schooled there) but can't travel there any time soon due to work schedule. Please does anyone know how I can go about this from Nigeria? They provided a site but it's not functional (as expected of government entities).

2. For the "Employment Records", does the Reference letter have to be addressed to IRCC Canada? Can't it just be "To Whom It May Concern"? I ask this because I do not want my organisation to know about my plans yet.

3. "Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple)": Do they need my most recent passport or all my passports?

4. "Proof of *upfront* medical exam": Is this the medicals expected from IOM? Why I ask is because they indicated upfront. Will there be another medicals required in future?

Thanks for your anticipated response.

For those yet to get ITA, I believe this draw was high because a FSW hadn't been done in a month (Skill Trade was drawn two weeks ago). The CRS score will still come down.

@tolfa please help answer this. Prex, i believe you get a request for remedicals because you would need an evidence in the hospital. Please when PPR lands, dont forget to share your story. All the very best . Its Bekayy with 2 ys. Shalom

Hi @bekay, do I need to book an appointment for the medical now or wait till I get the request? I know that Qlife has a serious waiting list.

Hello everyone. I just feel so happy.

This isn't PPR story but feels like one. From updating profile he week b-b draw was done with the exact 457 point, it has all been so graceful.

I delayed the whole process because we are dealing with a medical condition that I feared would make us ineligible. So I felt " why bother?"

After ITA, we ( I and hubby) did medicals. I got a report from the hospital we are using which stated how much we have spent over the past three years, we also did a letter stating how the "condition" hasnt interfered with work and productivity, how we have never been out of job and all. Well articulated covering all points.

After the medicals, we got a call for one of us to come back and redo the chest xray . Ha! I checked, googled and all that night and couldn't sleep at all. It was almost like " I said it..."

That wasnt all. My passport was with the UK embassy when I had to do medicals. Qlife said they would indicate that I only came with a copy and I said go ahead because I didnt know how long my passport will be held. After that, I sought advice and i got many with some saying i should reject ITA. Haba! With my 457?

I sha did a letter explaining why i couldn't present my passport, the purpose for my trip and evidence of where it was. I also forgot to make a copy of my passport stamped pages. I sha decided to submit like that and as soon as i did, i got a message that my passport was ready for pick up. Lol

The next day, i got my passport back, raised a CSE with the stamped pages and mentioned that it would be willing to do another medical if required.

I just received MEP now. Cant express how I feel.

It's full time. The fact that you were working and schooling is not an issue.

good day family,
I got SINP nomination but the issue i have at hand is that:
my passport will be expiring in Januaryyou can apply for renewal now. I 'll advise you do your medical with it before it expires and submit your PR application with it. Then when you get a new passport, inform IRCC while my EE profile will be expiring in December you will definitely get ITA before December, next draw sef and once you do, your EE profile will be locked so you don't need to worry yourself and i have accepted the SINP 600 points but yet to get the ITA.
Pls what can i do on this issue

In addition to this, please do we have to scan each page of our international passport and merge into one PDF file to upload?

Please someone should reply.

Bro, have you considered a career or alternate career in comedy? You are one heck of a good narrator and an extremely funny guy. Had to read and re-read your script as it was so much fun to read. Congratulations and God-speed in Canada.

Colonades Hotel is used for BC IELTS speaking exams alone, not for the other modules. You should get or have gotten another email from BC informing you of your LRW venue. I had the same issues and a mail indicating Classique Events Centre as my examination venue was later sent. All the best and hope this helps. Cheers.
