VEGGIES SAUSE

Ingredients

1. Onions
2. Garlic
3. Curry
4. Thyme
5. Extra virgin olive oil or Vegetable oil
6. Salt
7. Red, Green and yellow bell pepper
8. Diced tomatoes

Directions

Cut your bell pepper into smaller size, chop your onions and garlic.

Heat your oil over medium heat and had your garlic and onions until it becomes translucent. Put in your Red, Green and yellow pepper and cook until just tender. Stir in Curry, thyme salt. Cook 3 to 5 menuits. Pour in tomatoes, stir well, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Eat with Pasta, Yam, Plantain or Rice

Here. I found a straight forward video recipe because I’m lazy to type the full recipe.

It’s like 2 minutes. Very short

One thing I’ll add is that you have wait until the yeast you added to the water starts to bubble/froth before adding it to the powder ingredients . That’s how you know it’s active yeast.

Unless you’re using instant or rapid rise yeast. Then you can add it straight to the dough mix.
