So I did Persian kebab tongue

That man will not chop my money again grin

I'm a lover of kebab but has not bothered to try it at home.

This particular one is very easy to make. No grill, oven etc. Just good old non stick frying pan.

Used chicken breast. It's so so tasty.
Eat with any side dish of your choice and or sauce.
