Almighty God is truly awesome, a great eternal self-existent, self-sufficient Being far beyond who words could efficiently describe. Quran even puts it far better, to prostrate is far more submissive than to bow. Quran stated and reiterated this many times with same sentence. Quran 2:34, Quran 20:116, Quran 18:50, Quran 17:61, Quran 7:11,and Quran 2:34 says: "Recall when We said to all Angels: Prostrate yourselves before Adam; all prostrated themselves except Satan, he refused."
