I got the mail too, and I've been trying to change my password with any luck. I spent over 20 mins with the customer care rep earlier today, yet no solution. Was told it would be escalated to another dept. I'm tired.

I had similar issue too , no reset password link worked. the support I chatted with had to send a new link...wish I could remember his name. only few of the supports knows their way around password reset link.

Guys i need some help. I bought a domain from dynadot today. As at the time of my purchasing it, it was available for sale,i even checked whois and it was available.
I went ahead and bought it. The surprise now is that when i tried to listen it on dan and afternic, its telling me its already been listed on both marketplace by someone else.
