Not necessary. Since he has an ECA from IQAS for his degree, he should evaluate just the diploma with WES. He's able to claim two or more certificates with this.

We are allowed to combine ECAs from different bodies provided the ECAs aren't for the same degree.

For those that are awaiting PPR. At what stage do you need to upload your passport photograph? I did some research and some persons said its when they needed to submit their international passports after the golden mail and some blogs online said you'd need to upload it while filling your form post ITA. Please elders, which one is correct?

Few points about my application

POF
100percent gift deed from my father
Attached the notorised gift deed, bank reference letter (not in CIC format), statement of account for the day the gift sum was transferred to me and highlighted same and also added the transfer teller

Work reference
For the two jobs I have done which I used to claim 3years work experience I was paid in cash for both. So I just got the reference letter in CIC form and indicated I was paid in cash beside the salary.

IELTS
I can't overemphasize the essence of practice. Wrote it once and the scores are as seen above.

All other processes were seamless and uneventful apart from ECA where I had to wait on IQAS for 5months before my evaluation was completed. Was worth it in the end because my LLB was given a professional degree equivalence.

Now my watch has ended. TIME TO DISVIRGIN MY PASSPORT.

Our PPR/COPR Story - Part 2

My Worries:

In the course of this journey, I was woried over several things
• I had name discrepancy on my WAEC and Birth Certificate. Priscilla was spelt wrongly on my birth certificate as Priscillia and on my WAEC as Prisclla. WES report also captured the error but somehow, I decided not to submit any affidavits and it worked out fine us.
• I worried about the documents we submitted for proof of sibling relationship especially as I saw a refusal due to submission of only birth certificate. I however reached out to @Topsmamen and He was truely helpful... His advise was what led to the update done in the Proof of sibling section.
• I also worried that the Bank decision not to give me a reference letter in the approved format may cause me issues. Afterall in my thoughts, CIC was not obliged to believe me but thank God it didn't happen
• I also worried about the investment of our POF in GTBank Treasury Bill's. There was a rejection on Nairaland for this too. We contemplated liquidating same and informing CIC via a webform but somehow we never did that. However this matured sometime in August and once again I reached out to Topsmamen for his opition as to whether I should fix same in Stanbic Money market or He advised that I leave it in my account like that but being the igbo girl that I am. Eee norh gree me do. I just sha fixed it in GTBank fixed Deposit. And raised the third CSE with LOE and updated Bank Statement.
• The omission of our step siblings also gave us alot of worry. Probably the highest level of worry. We have already stated above how this was sorted.
• The many CSEs raised and the numerous LOE gave us another level of worry but hey we are testifying which proves the goodness of God.
• All our funds were stuck In POF so when we found out I was pregnant we were really worried because any delays might result in having to give birth in Nigeria (no money for America) and we didnt want that at all.

My take on the worrying is that it will always be present no matter how strong you are. However, just weight your options and try to see your application from the eyes of the VO, seek counsel when necessary and make adjustments/corrections after weighinvg the pros and cons...las las we will be alright.


Passport Submission:

We were given 15 days to submit our passports so the next day we went to studio 24 for passports, paid the transmission fees of N17790 * 3 family members, paid for return couriers of N10,120 (big error on our part. We thought the N10,120 covers the entire family only for us to get a call from VFS telling us that the N10,120 was per family member whereas return courier directly from DHL would have cost us only N5,800 for the whole family). We submitted these documents.

• International Passports of all family members. I submitted both the Nigerian and American passports for our daughter
• Two copies each of the international passports.
• Two passport photographs of each family members duly endorsed behind. Not stapled to anything we just used office pins to attach it to the photocopies of our international passports
• A copy of the biometric slip given to us during biometrics.
• Proof of payments of all VFS fees
• Consent form which was printed from VFS website duly completed and signed.
• Return address.
• PPR mail with the Height and eye chart duly completed.

After this we began the wait for our COPR. The devil still tried to play mind games with me telling me that the speed with which the PPR came after the webform indictates that CIC may not have had time to look through the additional documents sent and bla bla bla... but I held on to God and on 29th Oct, our profile changed to approved on 31st Oct, we got notification that the processed passport was being sent back from Accra, same was recieved at VFS Lag on 4th Nov and delivered to us on Wednesday 6th September.

The feeling of COPR is better experienced
... all the struggles, worries, uncertainties, stress etc will be seen on that paper but beyond all of that, you will see the VICTORY and my prayer for everyone at the various stages is that we all get to experience this.

For those passing through issues at any stage in this process, just stay strong because at the end when you succeed (and you sure will) it will all be a part of your story....

I went to my bank for the bank statement in CIC format. They actually prepared the document, the thing that's bothering me is the section for average balance for past 6 months.
Nothing was divided, they just wrote down my balance at the end of each month for the last 6 month. I asked the customer care agent if it wasn't supposed to be divided by number of days in the month or something, they said it wasn't and insisted that's the way they calculate it.
I just want to know if that's really how it's done from those that submitted this document or if I've got to seek further corrections. I'd appreciate a response from anyone. Thank you

Have you tried logging into your Wes account from an actual desktop?

Also, on your mobile Wes account do you get to the point where it says application completed? At the bottom there should be a tab that reads download pdf report

Please guys who have gone through PNP or know others that have, what are the pros and cons of Provincial nominations asides the points it adds to CRS. Will the Federal Govt still cater for your interests like child care, and other immigrant benefits or will they leave it entirely up to the province that nominated you.
What are the conditions? How long do you have to reside on the province before you can move to another.
Please help a stranded sister looking for alternative route to Canny land since CRS is dancing high.

still the same thing with normal PR except for that movement. Although people still move in some circumstances . A province like sinp does not joke with movement they will terminate the thing. Movement should not be an issue as there is no where in canada nigeria is better than. If that's your only ticket out of 9ja take it. You can move freely when you become a citizen in 3 years. (You can still visit other provinces not like you are chained there). Its indians they are fond of asking when can i move. If my crs was low and you give me yukon pnp. I will take

doubtful you need to submit BC, school records and if you back date and it doesn’t match the. You just putting your application in joerpardy.
I suggest you cut your losses or when you eventually land you can apply for her as a care giver or something

He doesn't need to include 19800. He can even claim with the job without mentioning it was NYSC. Once the number of years isn't in question. Just use the salary you were paid there and that's sufficient. Keep it simple or run into confusion.

No. Except you get an ADR. just upload reference letter and salary certificate if paid in cash.
