Am speaking from experience, I went for a paramilitary training for six months and sex never cross my mind because my mind, body, was focus towards something else. But after D training back at home D urge returns again. So to divert my attention from sex again I enroll for music class and graphic design class. So dats wat has been helping me while am searching for a life partner.

I have fasted and prayed b4, avoided porn, nude stuff, but I failed countless times. So for me I discovered that it was friends, watching movies, staying alone and idleness that increased the tension most times.

Knw ur weak point, block it and get busy, real real busy so that by the time u retire to ur room, the next thing is just sleep.
