Boss, buy and give us review ooo. This is supposed to be my next speaker. I have the Soundcore Boost, I also bought the Soundcore Pro + a colleague bought it the instant I played music with it in the office. So I believe this should do nicely. It comes with Type-C charging port so future proof...

Thayay:
Guys pls, is there any other speaker better than this with the same price range. I'm planning on getting one or go for soundcore pro+

The truth is that with the inbuilt sound engine, when properly tweaked, in combination with the sound settings on any average music player will produce good sounds.
Yep.. Exactly my point.. But most people feel anybody with a different opinion is literally attacking them.. That's why I made everything clear make nobody loose guard mention me unnecessarily

U don't necessarily need Poweramp to enjoy music on your Redmi device.. Because MiUi has a powerful inbuilt sound engine called Dirac.. U can adjust and fine-tune your sound and turn any N500 earpiece to an home theater

The best part is, it works for all apps, so even watching Videos on YouTube or watching movies with any video player becomes an entire experience on its own.. Literally every source of sound is affected by whatever you set there, including games

You can choose whichever earpiece type of sound u want to simulate and still fine tune it with the graphic equalizer.. I use Stellio music player because its simply the most gorgeous and feature rich player.. Personally, Poweramp is just ugly

MiUi 10 users navigate to Settings/Additional Settings/Headphones
MiUi 11 users navigate to Settings/Sound/Earphones
To adjust the Dirac settings, u must have Earphones plugged in

I tried using Bluetooth but I couldn't make use of the mui Dirac
Any help on dat

It's alright bro. It's all about preference though. I've been using stellio for more than a year and I'm fine with it even without tweaking any other settings. Generally, I've noticed that the instinct of many here is to attack/argue. Many hardly read posts to understand; they only read to reply. I enjoy the banter though grin , keeps the thread alive. grin

Try shuttle+, it works flawlessly with quicklyrics wink.
But the Poweramp is on another level. Olayinkajnr thanks for that settings

NB: everyone is right, it's all based on preference.

Yeah but not much, cause Bluetooth is always switched on to connect with my Bluetooth device and 4g. To me, it normal for battery to drain faster after every update but stabilize after few days.
Thank you very much I've finally updated to miui 11 but I can't find these features ambient display, changing 4g to LTE, to input password before you turn off phone and many more

Password before switching off is found on ported Rom(based on my read up here)
4g to lte undecided that's hardware stuff. If you no get am you no get am.
Ambient display was meant for oled display not IPS lcd, though there was a claim if you installed a certain launcher

I can't seem to get 4G on my RN8 when I changed locations from Ife to Ilesha. Way to go? I've been stuck on H+.

And special thanks to Jboixxx for that compilation thing. Kudos!

All hail Jboixxx
It must have to do with the 4g coverage of your network location in the new places, provided you still have data plan active on your line (cos an active data plan is one of the exclusive requirements for 4g)

nice one but nothing like folow come...

i don't even use the ambient display in my mi9t cos i see no reason to use it self...

You have not repented! You're still resisting ambient display, I see.

It's helpful if you're someone who looks at their phone often to check the time. Also helps avoid pressing the thing everytime since the notification icon can be allowed on ambient screen.
It's aesthetically pleasing too.

As for the idea that "follow come" is better, dare I say that it's just not true. The new features miui just added to their ambient display had been present on lots of apps for several months. The same applies to many other apps; their authors are creative and their works often become integrated into the miuis and ios'es

Should I get the note 8 or Mi a3. I'm confused because I like the features of Mi a3 especially the AMOLED display and the battery strength but can't use the MIUI second space on it. Advice needed please my fellaz.
Thanks

Is second space really so important to you?

If yes, get miA3. You can always do all the magic tricks and install miui on it, I assume
