You're referring to prenup. Firstly, it is important to know that prenuptial agreement is not legally binding, which means, it can only be considered in constitutive ruling by the judge and dismissed on his/her discretion amongst other things. Also, she can easily say that she was forced to sign, and do not understood then full applicability of the documents, and that alone, will compel the judge to render it ineffective.

Most importantly, court of law presume men to be guilty until proven innocence, the 'burden of proof' of what she said, and what you said rests in you. You're basically at the mercy of both the judge and the gynocentric laws. Having said that, this is applicable to the US mostly, so if you live in Nigeria, you should not worry about such.
