My husband cooked this one.

I can tell you how I make mine but my method is different than his method.

He sort of made a normal stew base with tomatoes and the regular stew stuff before adding the egusi from what I saw. I really do prefer his method but I’m stuck in my ways I guess.

As for my recipe, I’ll share later. It’s kind of long to type.

You’re the third person I’m owing a recipe here grin

For a nearly perfect cake, your sugar and butter should be equal in measure, and your flour twice the measure of your sugar and butter.

If the flour is a little less than double the measure, it might become a bit too moist .
I even like when the flour is a bit more than double the measure.

Eat more of the egg whites, you can eat one yolk to avoid increase in your cholesterol level .

Ewa agoin is refried beans ie beans that's been cooked to a creamy paste. I trust you're aware of the difference.
