Come to think of it, do organisations send APL through the body of a mail?

I think the best they do is wish you congratulations through the body and APL is attached, one in which you can download.

In 2012 Nnpc didn't send APL to the successful applicants through e-mails but through courier services through which they were contacted.

I taught they said APL is next year. Now this man is saying he has gotten his APL. Pls who else have gotten let us know....I never see mine yet but I know it's on the way...

I expected only success mail, then APL is sent through courier. My recent encounter with a coy atleast confirms this. Nnpc may choose to be different though.
