You can sell that other one to the buyer at a "giveaway" price after closing the first deal. Or just do another round of outbounding on it.

I'll say all lawyers put their emails on their websites. If you don't get it on their website, search google e.g If the lawyer's name is Ray John and his website is Johnlaw.com ....if you can't get it on his site, search for ray@johnlaw .com , Rayj@johnlaw .com rj@johnlaw.com ray.john@johnlaw ....most of the emails usually follow that kind pattern.
