It does not change anything, however, you should be truthful. I was even asked again at the point of interview if anyone filed for me.

After I lost my job (naija wahala), I applied for B1/B2 visa with wife and kids because I still had about 3 years before PD would become current and also because "uncle depression" came visiting due to my joblessness and feeling of hopelessness. I made a mistake of lying about my immigrant application (due to bad advice from an agent) and we received a sweet bouncing that day. After that, I kept receiving individual "bouncings" left and right from subsequent applications, even Canada gave me the boot. So I tell you solemnly, DON'T LIE for any reason whatsoever. Na truth sure pass o.
By the way, for those of you yet to travel, enjoy the heat now o. When you come here you won't feel your fingers again. Don't say I didn't warn you.

We did... we’v renewed tourist visa multiply and had two kids over there on medical visas.

When filling the form be truthful but also state your ties to Nigeria.. eg we had very good jobs and stated how much we earned in that column and emphasized there is no way we were going to abandon that to be illegal in the USA

I was able to be granted a Visa with my F4 petition pending.i just states that I have a pending F4 petition.

Here’s is my question: I’m in F1 category, pd was Nov 2014, Vermont service center. We got the noa1(notice of action 1) but we’ve not gotten any approval notice (noa2), does it take that long to get approved? Has anyone experienced this or something is wrong with my case ? How long does it take to get approval notice?

I know pristine88, it’s just that approval comes before case is current (I mean before priority date is current). On the norms, I’m suppose to get the Noa2 ( notice of action 2) before my priority date which is Nov 2014. Shey u see why I dey wori!

Please help.

My wife's name was included in the Petition her GrandMa filed for her parents in 2006.
But when NVC sent the letter, my wife's name was automatically removed.

Please in cases like this, while applying for a B1/B2 visiting visa what should be selected as per immigrant intention...........YES or NO?

Did mine last week 6k, another guy paid 7k and another old woman was about yo drop 10k before she asked me how much i paid she then bargained to 8k. Depends on your negotiation skill. Police and money you know
