My TMA3 for GST 103 contains only 1 question. Don't know if it is same for those equally offering this course.

Greetings,

a quick question / clarification.

For a six (6) semester / Direct Entry structure study, must I do all the GST courses 200L, 300L and 100L. Considering that i have already done GST107 (Study guide for the distant learner).
Are the rest GST 101, 102, 104, 105 etc compulsory to meet graduation requirements?

Regards.

You must do all GSTs in 200 and 300 with GST107 (because it is compulsory for all new students)

who did e exam last semester here ?
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by olokings(m): 8:22pm On Nov 13, 2019
Thanks for the response.

So here is my case,

I got admitted in 2016_2 (Direct Entry).
Did all GSTs including GST107. however, in 2018 while in my 400L apparently GST204 was introduced. I had already passed the level and didnt register it as i had no outstanding courses on 200L hence i wasnt even looking at the semester since i checked for completeness in my 300L.
Fastfoward to 2019_1 after the exams in July 2019. graduation list came out and my name was not on the list.

Crosschecking my courses against registrable course, i had register all core + electives you can find on the list from 200L - 400L. i didnt know why i was ommitted. inquiry from the study center stated that i must do alll 100L GST courses 101 - 105. all of them!!!

Till date i still have not gotten any concrete feed back from a responsible person on why the omission was the case. just heresays and speculations

What is your opinion?

What is your opinion?

That GST204 is the one holding you down.
If you check your faculty manual, you will see that you are not meant to do 101-105
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Nobody: 1:12pm On Nov 14, 2019
Past questions and answers (from their inception till date) have been made available by me on the following courses

CIT 101
CIT 102
ECO 122
CSS 111

If you are interested, you can access the Q and A app for your own. I strongly believe the exam questions can't be any different from them, since they cover all the questions the course developers have ever asked in e-exams.

By the way, those are just past questions compiled by me. On the Q and A app, there are numerous past questions available (by different compilers) on various courses. So if you are taking any course in NOUN, you will find a past question for that course.

Someone should respond to this please.

From what I was told, your name must appear on a graduation list before you can make a request for transcript
