Interested because I'm a gamer. Waiting for ps5 but my phone would suffer before then.

My current phone handles PUBG, pes2020 and COD mobile moderately well but lately, some thin annoying lines flash when I do anything graphic intensive. I want to replace it.

Good day my fellas. I bought the redmi note 8 and I discovered the battery does not last compared to my sister's redmi 7A. And another problem is that my MTN isn't working, it will work when you remove the SIM trail and insert back but after some time it will disappear. I don't know if the problem is with the SIM card because I had to cut it to nano size.
Another big challenge that I am dealing with is the second space. I set up the first space and the second space with a finger print and a pattern lock. Just this morning when I was trying to explore the phone, I tried to hid the second space from the setting in first space and I also disabled all the locks. Alas! I couldn't find or locate the second space again. I don't know how to get there again. Please I need help from you guys please.

For the first issue, can you try another mtn sim? One that wasn't hand-cut. See if the same issue pops up. I once cut a sim and it was behaving like this until I swapped the line into another pre-cut sim.

For the second ish, I don't use xiaomi, but I think if you can log in to your second space, you can enable it in settings to show in first space. You can log in to second space straight from the lockscreen with the pattern you set.

Edit: oh, you disabled all the locks. Hmmm... Let people who use the phone help with this.

Maybe the second space option would show if you try to set up locks again?

Redmi 7a battery will last longer for two reasons;
Smaller Resolution and Smaller screen size.

Secondly, try and get a SIM that's Nano and not the one that was cut. Also ensure your phone is not set to LTE Only.

You shouldn't have tampered with Second space until you have researched properly about the do's and don'ts

Do u know how to use those features like Panorama n Photosphere.. Their pictures don't look different from normal camera mode..

Plus Lens Blur is extremely frustrating... Always showing one error or the other while moving the phone

Can you compare both in terms of camera quality and tell if there is a huge difference? Try using gcam for both.

Please as i said, i was once using infinix before, the Lord said, i should try out Xiaomi, wanted to know what benefits would i enjoy on this phone. I'm a writer, and a game nerd. So would this phone help me in terms of my business, because as a writer i research everday.
And i heard the Xiaomi redmi 7, I'll like to purchase does not use GLO 4G LTE , i love my Glo, what other network is good for the phone. I don't like Airtel, it sucks up data, for I'm also a Youtuber.
So thats generally my question, please someone should tell me what the phone can do? God bless you.

Lest i forget, i checked Youtube to know the specs of the Xiaomi Redmi 7, i learnt it does not have an Earphone. Like seriously, how would a phone not have an earphone?

I'm not experiencing battery drain ish and the one you are hearing upandan is not from Redmi 7 users. Plus, it is confirmed that it's not the update that caused the issue. Rather it is WhatsApp that caused it. WhatsApp have issues with battery optimisation after their update.

To all the gurus in the house,I have been using Redmi note 8 for about 3 days now,the phone is really good but for a 4000mah phone it doesn't perform well at all in terms of battery, please what might be wrong?
