Not good. That's brandable tweak. You don't do that with Geo domains. Well, I haven't seen such sell.

Been on active outbound for odessajanitorial and boulderoptician all in dot com, nothing yet. Still working on getting more domains tho.... The hustle continues.

Outbounding question 2.

When outbounding, Do you copy and paste the websites, owner names, emails and phone numbers into a spreadsheet to make sending followups easier?
(This is what I do, but it seems it takes too much time and I'm thinking of stopping it).
Or you simply send and move on.

And if you just do "send and move on," when it comes to sending followups, that means you now go and search out the websites all over again and resend it to them, right?
Or am I missing something?

Outbounding question 1.

When outbounding, do you guys try to find the name and actual email address of the owner of the website?
Or you just simply use any email address or contact form that is available on their site and move on.
Because me I try to see if I can find the name and exact email address of the owner of the site, by googling around, and that chops a big lot of my time. Imagine doing this for every website you see, and you are outbounding to like 60 websites for 1 domain name.
So I'm thinking of stopping doing that.

@DonX001, this is what I do,

I use an android phone, so I have the gmail app on it, it is present in most android phone.

First thing I do is I prepare my sales letter on a note pad, checked for errors and make neccessary corrections.

Then I copied everything

Next is the main work, lets assume I am looking for endusers for the domain ashevillearborist//com,

First, I go to google directly, type in this search term, asheville arborist yellow pages

The result will be displayed like this attachment

From each link, you can see the total results of endusers or arborist in asheville

Next is to click on any of the link and you will have something like the pic below

Next is to start clicking on that link one after the other, starting from number one. I clicked on the first link and something like the pic below pop up

From the above pic, you can see if the business is currently open,
If they have a functional website as circled by the red ink

Now click on more info as circled by the red ink, you will get something like this

From the above pic, you can see the business email contact directly without the need to visit the website. In case where the email contact is not listed there, go directly to find it on the website.

So next is to click on that email address, something like this pop up

So clicking on that red circled "just once" button, I get this

Hello house, I try not to intrude on the outbound tutorial that is ongoing but I need to ask this before sleep lay hold of me. I saw porkbun reg fee for first timer is $3.00 and $8.56 for renewal. Please how reliable are they. Hope there won't be problem of transfer if name gets sold before the 60days lock? Is it even adviseable to consider them? Am on a quest to maximize fund as possible as I may get it. Thanks
Re: What To Do To Make Money Online? by edeXede: 8:54pm On Nov 15, 2019
I then just paste my sales letter and send.

I go back to number 2 enduser on the page and repeat same process.

So the reason why I do it this way is

1) To prevent sending multiple or mass email at once

2)To prevent my emails landing in spams as sending mails beyond recommended limit in a minute results to most of your sent mails landing into spam folder.

3) To prevent google hammer, sending multiple emails at once mostly trigger google banning your gmail address.

Wow @ EdeXede,
Thanks a million for the detailed information with screenshots. Much appreciated.

So I guess that means you don't use a spreadsheet to collect and store their details.

So when you now want to do followups, do you simply repeat the entire process all over then?
Or is there some other way you do it.

Thanks a lot.

Thanks Etin06,
On each website you land, do you try and dig deeper by browsing around to find the name and actual email address of the owner?
Or you simply use the contact form/generic contact email on the Contact page.

2. Also, this means you do not generally put the receiver's name in your opening greeting. (Like Hi James). You simply say Hi, or Hello.
I thought people say that when you send emails without the receiver's name (i.e using just Hi or Hello alone), it markedly increases the chances of landing in spam.
What's your thoughts on that?

Thanks a lot.

On follow up, I go to my sent mails, clicked on previously sent mail and just click reply, I then paste my follow up letter and press send

If I see the owners name, then I can put it but if not, simple hello will go

Snov.io

Thanks a lot.
I actually tried Snovio some months ago, but it seemed they were having issues with their software, it wasn't giving results. I even emailed their support back and forth that time, but they couldn't give any tangible explanation.

One thing I've noticed for these lead finding sites like Snovio and co is that they don't have the contacts for a lot of geodomains owners (small businesses). They seem to have mainly the contacts of people working in bigger companies. Once the prospect is not on LinkedIn, chances of them having the contact is low.
That's my own experience with them sha, I may be wrong, and I've tried just a few.

When I started domaining, I did whois look up and send outbound to the whois registrant (provided they are directly related to the business and not some company hired to manage the site).
That was time consuming. Add present challenges of whois privacy, I do less of whois look ups now.

Presently, I just send messages to the contact email address provided on the site. If there are more than one contact email addresses (on the site), I send to 1 and CC others.

However for some domains where end-users haven't been forthcoming with responses (after 2months or thereabouts), I try to search for key company decision makers on LinkedIn and facebook.

Extra: I recently embraced the use of Fax. Some websites only have phone numbers and fax number. I'm gonna see how it turns out.

How many emails should I send in a day to avoid my mails arriving in spam folders?

Hello Mustiboy,

You can list your domains on several marketplaces, you just need to use one of them for your lander. Here is a list:

Epik.com
Afternic
Dan
Sedo
Squadhelp (for brandable domains)

Each of them has its own unique feature. Epik is the best in terms of beautiful and editable SSL landers and payout. It doesn't take weeks for your money to get into your bank account. Try it out! Change your nameserver to: ns3.epik.com, ns4.epik.com if it is an external domain.

For Afternic, list there and change your nameserver to: ns3.afternic.com, ns4.afternic.com

Dan; ns1.dan.com, ns2.dan.com

Sedo: ns1.sedoparking.com, ns2.sedoparking.com

Squadhelp: ns1.squadhelp.com, ns2.squadhelp.com

Wish you quick and great sales. God bless!

I agree looking up Whois info is a long thing these days.
Since people seem to be getting results with contact page emails and forms, might just stick with that.

PS:
Fax ke?? I've always thought it was one old school ancient technology that I used to hear of when I was growing up, that nobody uses anymore in this modern day of emails and co.
What made you consider starting to use Fax?
