Cos it seems my outbounding takes me far too much time for one domain, sometimes it takes me like 6-8hrs to send like 30 emails for 1 domain, and I have to find ways to improve it.

U really need to improve.
I do the norms, nothing special but takes me 2 hrs to send over 50.

But beware of landing into spam

When outbounding, Do you copy and paste the websites, owner names, emails and phone numbers into a spreadsheet to make sending followups easier?
(This is what I do, but it seems it takes too much time and I'm thinking of stopping it).
Or you simply send and move on.

And if you just do "send and move on," when it comes to sending followups, that means you now go and search out the websites all over again and resend it to them, right?
Or am I missing something?

Squadhelp will not allow the names to expire for at least 3yrs. If you don't pay the renewal fees, squadhelp renews the name and reduces your expected commission.

Reason is that some of the websites have contact forms on their contact page, no email addresses, so I use the contact form. Infact, sometimes more than half of the websites will have only contact forms, with no email.

If I just go to only my Sent Mails in my email box, I'll miss out on those that I sent using contact forms.

I actually tried Snovio some months ago, but it seemed they were having issues with their software, it wasn't giving results. I even emailed their support back and forth that time, but they couldn't give any tangible explanation.

One thing I've noticed for these lead finding sites like Snovio and co is that they don't have the contacts for a lot of geodomains owners (small businesses). They seem to have mainly the contacts of people working in bigger companies. Once the prospect is not on LinkedIn, chances of them having the contact is low.
That's my own experience with them sha, I may be wrong, and I've tried just a few.

Yes, I use my private account because it's old and I can send "plenty" outbound messages without the fear of being banned/blocked. Although once in a while I get restricted from sending messages but I don't get blocked.
I once opened a new FB account for outbounding, it was blocked!.
