This thing is frustrating me o. I have gotten the africard from UBA. I tried linking it to PayPal and it tells me card was declined by the issuing bank. I have activated it o, I even funded it with 5k. Pls Nigerians, is africard different from africard again? Help me biko. What can I do? Who has been in my shoes? How did you solve the palava?

That's same thing that happened to me. Call their customer care number they'll send you another pin to reactivate.

I think the card you got was a LOCAL HIGH. check that paper that came with your card and see what they gave you.
