The Sacred Sex

​Too many people engage in what I will call pornographic & robotic sex.
Where the sole aim of one or both partners is to orgasm.

Pornographic sex, is a means to an end & this method of engaging in sexual intercourse, not only disrespects the sacredness of Sex, it cuts us off from our emotions which in turn ensures we live ONLY in our heads & never in our hearts. Do you know what that means? It means, we gradually become easily triggered & unnecessarily aggressive because we are not grounded enough in our bodies to listen to the gentle wisdom of our hearts. So, we begin to react to life instead of respond wisely.

Having porn sex, does more harm than good to the body,mind & soul. Because, it leaves us imbalanced. Whereas, sacred sex goes beyond the physical mindless sex.

One of the major differences between Sacred Sex & Pornographic sex is that, one leaves you feeling drained, tired & used. While the other, leaves you empowered & fulfilled. You feel like and really can do anything after engaging in sacred sex.
