Exactly
Agreed but Turkey is still an European Country though.

Besides, the deal was rumoured to be a loan move though, so if he gets enough playing time overwhelmed with More than enough Goals, He could be repositioned for a much more improved Experience with his present Club as well.

Where was he when Rohr invited him before? Where was he when Rohr took him to the AFCON? Some arguments are just plain dumb.

which one is taking out my frustration again? I was half asleep when I posted that, so, it is not frustration you read.

I had a very good day yesterday and was clowning around for the most part, even with the Awaziem thing, so, if you read frustration in those words, it was definitely your own frustration.

Please, don't be quoting me with all your incorrect assumptions. I even said he shouldn't mind us, but you are reading frustration undecided
Abeg abeg abeg. OMANBALA1, please there is no frustration anywhere biko.

Solskjaer Promote 17 Year Old Kaduna Born Nigerian Defender To Manchester United First Team

17 year old Nigerian defender Teden Mengi was among four youngsters who trained with the first team of English giants Manchester United ahead of their English Premier League game this weekend against Sheffield United.

Mengi, Di'Shon Bernard, Largie Ramazani and D'Mani Mellor all trained with the first team bringing to 13 the number of players from the youth set up at the club who have gained first team recognition since the appointment of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as coach.
The others are Angel Gomes, Mason Greenwood, Tahith Chong, James Garner, Matej Kovar, Ethan Laird, Charlie Wellens, Brandon Williams and Dylan Levitt but Mengi is the one that concerns most Nigerians.

At the age of 17 he has already establish himself as a regular in the Under-23s this season and has formed a solid partnership with Bernard at the heart of the defence. So far he is played in eight games for the Under-23s and three for the Under-18s.
He signed his first professional contract at the club earlier this season and came in for praise when he excelled in the EFL Trophy victory over Lincoln. He has regularly worn the captain armband for various youth teams at the club.

Many view him as the next home grown defender who will likely tow same path as first team defender Axel Tuanzebe following the exit of Lee O'Connor to Scottish Premier League ( SPL) giants Celtics.

Born in Kaduna State in northern Nigeria, he has already represented England at various youth levels but he is still eligible for Nigeria who have so far succeeded in convincing former England youth international Alex Iwobi, Ola Aina and Victor Moses to switch allegiance to Nigeria at senior level.

President of the Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) Amaju Pinnick has not hidden his desire to convince Nigerian players born abroad to represent the country even if they have played for the country of their birth.

Personally Mengi will be hoping for a better career at Manchester United than the two Nigerians who have been on the books of the club lately in Tosin Kehinde and Nicky Ajose. Both players failed to make the step up to the first team despite a promising start to their career at the club, which is not to different from what Mengi is experiencing at the moment.

If he makes himself a part of the first team he will no doubt trigger a fight for his international future between Nigeria and England like the case of the trio of Fikayo Tomori, Ebere Eze and Tammy Abraham. England however beat Nigeria to the service of the trio as they opt to continue their international career with the country of their birth.

she was the one that had a vow to keep. This one is not gender bias. If I read a story about a married man having extra-marital affairs, I would blame the man first.

The spare part is not the one that has to go home to a spouse. It is just like you, that was keen on blaming Northerners for all the woes of the South, while forgetting the individuals in question, did themselves in. There is a greater expectation from some people in certain scenarios that should not be excused

Chidozie is not a kid, he knew what he was getting into (if the story was true) So he takes as much blame as the woman

https://www.thenff.com/2019/11/nff-commends-minister-submits-report-on-teams-outings/

In a 15 –page letter signed by Mr. Pinnick, the NFF detailed issues of funding (inadequacy and late release of same) and the toxic and disruptive environment in which it has had to operate for the past 18 months (with the Federation’s leadership and brand falsely and maliciously dragged from one investigative agency to the other and from one court to the other on same baseless allegations) as core reasons for the poor outings of the Super Falcons, CHAN Eagles, Golden Eaglets and Olympic Eagles in recent international matches/tournaments.

The NFF went ahead to map out strategies for better results going forward, including but not limited to a revamp of the NFF Technical Department; improved supervision of the teams by the NFF Technical Committee; open and transparent process to select new head coaches for the teams affected; early preparation and prioritization of tournaments; synergy between the Ministry and the NFF to get approved funds released early enough for adequate preparation of teams participating in major matches and competitions and; to work even harder at securing partners and sponsors to support the programmes of the National Teams.

On the issue of the nominal roll, which has also been submitted, the NFF clarified that there is no person on its payroll whose contract has expired, and that every individual on the nominal roll has specified schedule of duty as prescribed by the Federal Civil Service or in line with his/her contract.

How can he be capped right now?

1. With the Super Eagles? Will that be possible? Maybe in the future but certainly not now

2. He is 20 years old, so, He is not qualified for the next U 17 category.

3. Still not qualified for the next U 20 category too because he would have been older yet again

4. U 23? Next edition after Tokyo 2020 ? Of course not because he would have been way way over already since the present U 23 failed with the Tokyo adventure

So, which way for him? Now that we are even talking about ABUBAKAR of the U 23 to be drafted to the SE as number 3 behind UZOHO & OKOYE, How easy would it be for him?

But he could make it to the SE though with a consistent display season in season out persistently too.

Good luck to him with the SE adventure though for the Age-grade Supposed non-qualification isn't his fault definitely.

In terms of what he is doing for club and league his quality is better than Uzoho. Who had not attained those accolades before being invited.

Invitation is not selection.

Let him come to camp and let the best goalkeeper be selected, no prejudice.

Presumption from ignorance not knowledge.

Nonetheless, l ask where does your presumption emanate from ❓ Knowledge? in order to make that deduction you will need knowledge.

Having that in mind, can l ask

How many Football managers, club scouts, and coaches of professional clubs in France, Portugal, Germany Holland and Sweden do you know and interact with

Then how many clubs have you visited thier training sessions in theses countries mentioned❓

Because that would give knowledge first hand and experience.

Without doubt l have far greater experiential knowledge of football in the UK than anywhere else. But ignorant l am not of European football.

With regards to the Neville brothers my view ls are very clear. Particularly Phil Neville and his antics at Everton.

If not that I later chickened out, We would have been happily married by now.

My first reaction to the post referring to AWAZIEM before my confession says it all.

But how did himself started in the National Team that he had raked in 91 Caps With only 15 Goals to his name at 27 years of age?

He could even break the records of 101 caps set by YOBO & ENYEAMA

Compared to IWOBI's 40 Caps and 7 Goals.

It is indeed a good time to be a football fan but a more auspicious time to display carpentry on the field of play grin grin cheesy

You can be rest assured that the Lord's work will be done. All players devoted to the art of carpentry will have their names recorded in the Sacred Book of Carpentry.

The list for the South-Africans will be uploaded tonight. I promise to give my all when compiling the list for the footballers from xhosa-land cheesy cheesy cheesy

Then, I'll do Cameroon tomorrow and then England in a few days time (this promises to be a special one and I hope a certain K.....kn won't come for my head) cheesy

this is rather presumptuous of you

I don't have the time to properly school you on the dynamics that take place in relation to older women/men and younger men/women, but know that there are psychological undertones to certain relationships that should be considered. When you claim someone isn't a 'kid' and should know what they are getting into, you conveniently overlook such factors.

I repeat, the person in a committed relationship will ALWAYS take a greater blame for messing up. Chidozie can walk away from this and no one will remember it in two weeks tops, but Mrs. Married woman, if her secret is ever discovered, will lose her marriage and her little reputation in her community.

The person with greater risk always has higher responsibilities in ANY relationship.

PS: A 22-year old BOY is a KID as far as 92.8% of the female population is concerned.

rather shameful behavior

It is better to be unmarried and ho around, than to be in a marriage and be misbehaving and disrespecting your partner. Which Ejimadu is better than UZOHO in a US division 3 club?

Which kangaroo award by Fans in division 3 in only 12 Matches under his belt? Hasn't he been conceding Goals at all?

Please just check the below for yourself.

PHILIP EJIMADU

Ejimadu played in the youth academy of Nacional Atlético Clube in São Paulo, Brazil before returning to the United States to go pro.

He signed with Major League Soccer outfit, Los Angeles FC on February 21, 2019.

On March 29, 2019, Ejimadu went on a season-long loan to third-division, FC Tucson.

The next day, Ejimadu made his professional debut for FC Tucson starting the entire match in a 3–1 victory at Orlando City B.

International

Ejimadu is eligible to represent Brazil, Nigeria, and the United States on the international level.

In 2018, he was called into the training camp for the United States under-20 national team.

FRANCIS UZOHO

Born in Nwangele, Uzoho joined the Senegal branch of Aspire Academy in 2013, aged 14;initially a forward, he was converted into a goalkeeper after being deemed "too slow" at the age of 12.

In 2016, after impressing on a tournament in Barcelona, he joined Deportivo de La Coruña's Juvenil squad.

Age rules meant that Uzoho could only become available to sign a contract with Dépor in January 2017;[6] shortly after signing his contract, he started to train with the first team.

Promoted to the reserve team ahead of the 2017–18 season, he made his senior debut on 10 September by starting in a 3–0 Segunda División B home win against Real Madrid Castilla.

Uzoho made his first team – and La Liga – debut on 15 October 2017, starting in a 0–0 away draw against SD Eibar.

At the age of 18 years and 352 days, he became the youngest ever foreign goalkeeper to debut in La Liga, and the second-youngest player to appear in the league during the campaign, only behind Real Madrid's Achraf Hakimi.

On 24 August 2018, Uzoho renewed his contract for three seasons and was immediately loaned to Segunda División side Elche CF for one year.

In February 2019 he moved on loan to Cypriot club Anorthosis Famagusta, in the search for more first-team football in the run up to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

After making his debut for the club, concerns were raised about his health certificate. As a result, Anorthosis Famagusta were deducted 9 points, which they appealed.

The club's deduction appeal was rejected, although Uzoho's appeal against his personal penalty of a one-match ban and €1,000 fine was successful.

In July 2019 he returned on loan to Cyprus, this time with Omonia. He said he hoped his return to the country would be positive.

International

You are right. I think Uzoho is a star in the making. He even has international exposure. Making good saves against the likes of Messi, Gabriel Jesus and Aguero. Uzoho may be a prodigy compared to the upstart called Ejimadu. I think most people are the fans of foreign born players and assume they are better.
Uzoho is pure quality and at a young age he is making amazing progress. Ejimadu is nonsense compared to him
