From what I have observed... English test result like TOEFL, IELTS is well approved and gives you unlimited choice of school for courses you qualify for.

Alternatively, go to your school of Bsc and get English proficiency letter (EPL) from your registrar office. It's a letter that testify that your Bsc school teaches in English language and is the official language of communication. This will serve but not for all schools.

Germany has a specific rule regarding working for students. 1. Student should work part-time only which is 4 hrs daily. Or student should work full-time in ½360 (180 days a year full time).

Now the question is, does this rule really take effect?? Are there any penalty if someone breaks this rule or they don't really care about it that much

Don't break the rule, stick to the 120 full-time in a year or 20hrs per week during the lecture period.

German officials can find out, if you break the rule and the consequence are not funny.

Pls I want to understand something here, is it that all bsc issued after 1 january 2017 qualify for cat A? from this advice u didn't specify the grade of bsc (2.1 and 1st class) as stated on their embassy website...or has anything changed? Pls do let me know asap..

The German ranking is in an ascending order for grade points (Highest is 1.0, Lowest is 4.0) whereas in Nigeria, the maximum can be 5.0 and minimum 1.0

In this case, your German 2.22 is higher than 2.5 and your eligibility is intact for courses requiring a minimum 2.5 grade point average.
