How can anyone be encouraging polygamy in a country as impoverished as Nigeria, where hope for a better future is non existent for the majority, country lacking basic infrastructure and amenities, people in parts of Nigeria still live without water and electricity and unemployment/underemployment is rife. Just because you want to have sex with variety of women you ignore the difficulties that come with polygamy and start advocating for it.

The reality is that it only favours males, it's very bad for the emotional well being of the women involved, it's even written in the Quran that men will never be able to love their wives equally even if they tried so how do you expect the least loved wife to feel in that situation?
