I saw this on YouTube and the lady ( igbo)swore that this particular one tastes like our mmiri akwù

fresh and canned which is obviously processed will give two distinctive tastes to ofe akwu.

I prefer boiling the palm nut and extracting the mmiri akwu. process may be tedious and cumbersome but worth it at the end.
