It appears your husband failed to provide a letter of consent and sponsorship
MamaTripleJ:
Good evening house.
Please i need your advise on this refusal letter.
We applied to go spend Christmas with a friend and she sent all her details and invite too.
I want to reapply again.

I started in my application that my husband is going to sponsor my child and I.
I also attached the invoice of the #400, 000 and #264 that entered my account.
The statements i submitted were salary (which shows salary payment) and personal.
The salary had a closing balance of #98. 00 and personal closing balance of #230, 000.

Please advise on what to do to reapply.

What kind of evidence would that be? I have included my father’s bank statement and mother’s tbills certificate with signed letters and copy of ID.
What justwise is saying is that you shouldn't state in your application that you engage in a petty business and help Nigerians in their business transaction This illegal in China and it could result to you being banned and deported from China.

Therefore, only add your father or mother bank statement and tbill certificate as sponsorship. There should also be letter of sponsorship from your sponsor. Add your student status letter too and other vital documents. Good luck.

Yes you can. Include your husband's sponsorship letter. How did you manage to miss that especially since he wasn't even applying with you.

HND is not equivalent to BSc according to UKNARIC requirement. They ask for Bachelor's degree certificate for evaluation.

Is this for tier 2 or tier 4 visa?. If tier 2, HND is not equivalent to degree and as such IELTS ukvi is required.

Just calmly handle it and ensure all documentations are in place and most importantly answer yes to the questions on past refusals

Please I want the opinion of the guru on this issue. I was recently granted 6 months visa and during my application I stated that I will be traveling with my wife. Unfortunately we couldn't apply the same time and when we applied, we cancel the application before biometrics for personal reasons. We have decided she'll not apply again. Will this affect me at the point of entry? If yes what can I do.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 7:25pm On Nov 23, 2019
Explain it if u get to the border and you are asked..... be honest as much as possible... people’s plans change except you have ulterior motives...

I will.
Should I just put my salary account only?
I added my personal account because I move funds from it to my salary account.
What would you advise.

Hello I am applying for a UK visa but I have had a traffic ticket from lastma Nigeria which I paid after contesting in mobile court. The offence was making call while driving and I did 3 hrs of community service. This happened about 6 months ago. I want to know if this would be in my records and if I need to disclose it in my application? Also, how would this disclosure affect my chances

I thought it should be moving money from a monthly salary account to a personal savings account?
