I promised some friends few months back that am gonna teach them how to make stuffed pasta from the scratch..... we made the pasta yesterday and store in refrigerator.

Today the pasta was cooked

I remember some few years back, whenever i visit GT plaza Abuja and Benin branch, Butter cookies is one thing their caterers make sure i go home with.

My attempt at making banana bread. I added 1/2 can of coconut milk to it.

The outside tasted like cardboard and the inside was still moist, even after baking it for about 1 hour.

Was out for a birthday treat today and my ladies gave me cake baked with brandy. I have been very dizzy since. And they know I don't drink.

But I have to laugh small. how can brandy in cake get you tipsy? There’s only so much brandy they can put in it. Even the baking reduces the alcohol: you must be extremely light headed. grin
