Egypt is developed because they are mixed with alot of white living in the country... and apart from nairobi, there is nothing in Kenya.. don't mention Rwanda and Botswana cause nothing is happening there..

hate to say this, but I think you're stupid. Those countries are far ahead of you, I've been to Botswana and it's heaven compared to Nigeria. You are just a typical Nigerian with bitterness and self image issues

This is a really ignorant thing to say. Countries like Ghana, Kenya and Rwanda have made giant strides without white people. They just mae their countries attractive by putting the very basic things into place. Nigeria should also do the same.

for the last time, there is nothing happening in those countries you mention..outside their capital's, the rest part of the countries are undeveloped... in Europe and America, development is evenly distributed (i.e it is not focused on one place).. but in Africa, with the exemption of south africa and north Africa, development is mainly concentrated in the capitals leaving other parts to remain slums...

NYC.....Basement apartments. Illegal in NYC... not for living... but because of shortage of housing... the City closes its eyes to this widespread violation. Below street level....but they are not dungeons as sooo many want to believe. View from street level.

Regardless of weather conditions... work must go on.... guy using blower to blow leaves off the side walk... his job. If he doesn't Sanitation will do their job... impose fines on the landlord for not having a clean sidewalk.

Older buildings being knocked down.... replaced by high rises.... almost always 50 plus storeys. And yes.... buildings for education... how can they build all of this?....
