I can understand that this must be distressing for you. I am sorry again that you have to go through this.
For whether you should wait or not, you can consider waiting sometime and then getting the most tangible home ties as you have a somewhat greater hurdle to jump than the usual visa applicant.. lastly pray if you must.. fast if you must. You must do the unthinkable to get the unimaginable result. I wish you favour.
Amolad111:
Thank you for your response. I have learnt from my mistakes as it's my first experience. Once I am applying again, I will make mention of the incident and admit to my faults.
I hope to apply next January to visit during the Easter period. Just thinking if it's too early so as to avoid desperation.

Good Day All,

I'm asking on behalf of a friend. She has filled her application and have made payment and have already secured appointment for later this week.
The issue is that on the application where they asked '' residential address, how long you have lived there and if it's rented/owned/mortgaged'' she answered as follow....she rented the apartment, have stayed there for 2 years, but the issue now is that she can't find the tenancy agreement, she has called the agency but they are forming business.

If she couldn't get the tenancy agreement to upload before her appointment, will it be a show stopper? she works, earn 750,000 after tax, has a letter from her employer and so on. The proposed cost of her travel is 775,000 for 8 days.

Please will the failure to upload the tenancy agreement jeopardize her chances of been granted a visa?

If address in Nigeria, she should upload her rent payment evidence. If not available, her utility Bill such as NEPA bill, Lawma bill is all you need e.t.c. No need for panic.

However, if address is on UK, she must upload tenancy agreement.

You did not show proof of your investment and how you earned the investment. Next time put evidence of business transactions and how you arrive to the amount reflected in your bank statement. How did you get the money. Proof it. Collect letter and money evidences. If you dont have any evidence, then dont state it in your application.

I say it almost everytime still most are still making same mistake. Your budget must not be more than twice your disposable income. With that only, you will be rejected.

Also, your planned budget is much. Check my comment on page 151 to give you an idea of budgeting. With only your employment work and reduced budget, you could have got the visa. Also, attach your employment letter, letter from your employer about your travel that you are coming back. And if married, consent letter from your wife, family pictures and marriage cert.

Just calm down and build your account to reflect all what is in your proposed visa application. Good luck.

Check this out.... If u earn 200k and u spend 50k as Me.... Your Di will be 150k... Then multiple 150 *6 = 900k.....your statement of account should read 900k by month six before u print ur statement. All other deposits must then be explained. Check your statement against this analysis.

You need to book appointment before you can upload documents.

Flexi and prime time attracts a fee.

If you re not willing to pay any fee, pick a date that has none of this.

will both of us pay for flexi separately?

and if we pay for prime time separately (cos of the cost difference) will they treat our application together is we enter the same time and inform them we are together?

please I need your advice I got 6-month visa without any invite even tho I have a sister and inlaw in the UK but I spent just 10 days as I indicated in my form. now my concern now is My sister want to now send IV letter to my husband and my self will this not contradict to what I have filled before. please, what do you advise?
Should I apply for my 2 years myself? what about my Husband can we both apply without his sister sending any IV. Please, I need your advice we plan to apply by next year when my 6 months will have expired.

Please, we need your advice.

If you have indicated before that you have nobody in the UK then you have to maintain that else you are likely to get refused and banned.

Did you deposit some money into your salary account before making the application?

Your budget for the trip outweighs your income which is not a good idea

This is sooooooo TRUE.

Don’t play yourself. You have to keep on maintaining the same thing you filled in your application form earlier. You too ask yourself... how would you not know your sister resides in the UK earlier. These ECOs are not dumb oo. Let’s be careful oo.

If the person you know is a friend.. yes maybe you could say you met him on your last trip to the Uk and you both have become friends ever since then ‍♂️

If she can't get that, let her submit it like that or if she pays utility bill, she can upload receipt.
I didn't put any residential proof
