My bro, it seems it has been long you entered Jos, the last time Jos had serious crisis was in 2008, anything you hear over the media or relatives are just happenings or minor issues around villages and not the city of Jos itself.
Just like you said, Jos is a beautiful city with nude weather, beautiful landscapes and beautiful natural serene environment.
If i mistakenly become the president of Nigeria today, i will crown Jos the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), because of it exotic nature.

There were violence in 2011 and 2014 in major parts of the city.

I'll like to commend you for the great work.

However, I must add that cost of apartments are now slightly higher especially in areas primarily occupied by non-indigenes.
My company has had a two bedroom apartment in Jos now for about a decade and I go there very often on official assignments.
We rented a 2 bedroom apartment in Zaramanganda for #350 about 6 years ago and the house wasn't the best or most expensive. I can imagine the price now.

When we wanted to move, our desired apartment was priced at #1M in Rayfield.
We eventually settled for another of #500k not too far from old airport Junction.

Yeah, rent is still relatively cheaper compared to bigger cities but slightl more expensive on the average than the prices quoted above

You tried. Although one can get slightly less than your report in some of the places. Atleast I know of Atiku street. My friend pays less than the amount reported here. But well done!
