That payment option they use charge you $0.30.
So add extra $1 and you will be able to register your domain. Good luck

But I saw something funny in the WHOIS

Nominet was not able to match registrant to 3rd party bra bra , but am sure am the 3rd party

I had to check the free one which LCN Gave me and it says

Nominet was able to match registrant to 3rd party

What does these imply?
