Let her tell that to the husbands who trained their wives in school, furthered the education of their wives, got them high paying jobs only for the husband to go broke and reap insults, nagging, and cruelty in return. These husbands get insulted and are constantly reminded by their wives at the slightest provocation that they are worthless and that if not for the wives' money, they wouldn't survive. Any money they borrow from their wives is a loan that must be returned or else they are nagged and fought to repay. It does not matter what good these husbands have done for their wives in the past.

Bro, it's as if you have stayed with my family from a kid.
This is what is happening presently in my family.
My Aunty's husband sent her to college of education when my grandpa couldn't afford schooling her, after graduation my aunt got job as a civil servant (teacher) with lagos state govt.
25 years down the lane, the hubby lost his job and my aunt was always nagging, complaining, lamenting and groaning at any little opportunity.
It got to a point the man was pushed to sound her a dirty slap to reset her brain ( this is a gentle, quite man that am even surprise could do such - probably he was pushed to the wall)
Now my family are deliberating on whether to go move her away from matrimonial home pending when the man will find his feet. I felt bad because am a man and could have been me.
The hubby really tried for my aunt during his prime when she was Nobody.

Believ me lavylilly, on paper and in theory women will tell you the will support a man, they should marry and will manage with whatever is on ground but in reality and practical they can't and they won't.
You will be earning 100-150k as man but the woman will want you to rent a 3 bedroom flat, buy car, give monthly feeding money, shopping/clothing, vacation, buy land and start building, support her family, spend atleast 500k in family events like wedsings and burial of family members etc as if you are a magician
Funny enough, i have ladies earning between 80-120k who can't perfom these things even as single mothers, one even still staying with her parent yet can't buy a car not build a house despite still secretly fvcking men codedly to urgement their income.
