Please, what kind of data plans do you guys use for these transcriptions? Sometimes, I exhaust over 1gb without actually achieving anything.

For those who complained about starting a work all over again after spending several hours on it. This is what happened; you changed browser. When you start a work with Chrome, for example, end it in chrome. Don't go and continue in an Opera mini. This is applied to either phone or laptop. If you start a work on a laptop, finish it on a laptop. Don't ever continue on a phone.

Don't come here again and start wailing of starting a job all over again, please.

There must be something else draining ur data not QA.

If ur using system I'll advice u off auto-updates cos that could be an issue

I actually use system. My auto-update is always active that is probably the reason. I will turn it off and try it again and see whether it's sustainable for me.

I have noticed something with one of these Qa reviewers, the person that bears the number 30. Whenever he reviews my call, I notice that he/she writes the same error notes on all the calls, whether it's related to the call I worked on or not. Maybe he just copies and paste those notes, and his rating is always poor. He's very good at giving 1and 2. This is what he/she has been writing in all my calls.

Hi. I got a 1 on my first job. Among the many reasons was "missing content."

A complete statement (which I have written on the previous timestamp) was repeated on another timestamp with additional information.
So, I transcribed the new one, then deleted the previous one (I didn't and couldn't delete the speakers).
Please, what better way could I have done it?
