I was even thinking the average hour per week is 44hrs which means 8.8 hours daily excluding weekends not knowing it's even 40hrs. So what he's saying is that people working the average hours (40hrs weekly) are homeless since people working for 70hrs weekly can only afford a one bedroom apart.
