High-handedness of DSS is becoming worrisome. The last time they blocked national assembly and now descerating the court of law...

Someone would now say this is democracy

Sowore has learnt his lessons BIG TIME.

Interesting days ahead.

Modify : No, he has not!

. Which Lessons ? If you can highlight the lessons he supposed to have learnt ,Such lessons under a Democratic Government can be beneficial to others ,Do list the lessons he suppose to learn that he is desisting from .

Don't pity him one bit. He was instrumental in bringing the party to power. So reap what you sow.

I support APC, but I don't support tyranny.

Removing Buhari will not end DSS or military tyranny. This tyranny is so ingrained in our society that it has become a part of our mentality. Imagine people joining military so that they can be bullies. I remembered a girl from way back using her soldier boyfriend to deal with anyone that offended her in the neighborhood. Or the friend of a soldier calling up soldiers to beat up someone owing him money. Imagine that mentality. Even comedians make jokes about Mopo slap and everyone laughs at these jokes even though they seem to trivailize police brutality on civilians.

Instead of wishing people bad luck because of their party affiliations, why not just condemn tyranny. I don't support Buhari on tyranny, I support him on many other things, especially on infrastructures and agriculture.
U're wrong on this one "Removing Buhari will not end DSS or military tyranny. This tyranny is so ingrained in our society that it has become a part of our mentality. These security agencies are reading the body language of GMB. When Yaradua was president he frequently and quickly instruct security agencies to obey court order. And if u dis obey, ur garri go disappear sharp sharp. Don't ask me what body language is " He once said that when national security is as stalk, rule of law could be discarded". I like his infrastructure drive but once a General always a General.

Ummmn;a discerning mind knows the idea of DSS is to break the spirit of the man and silence him to teach others a lesson, but they didn't know they were ridiculing our collective integrity .Their action amounted to national disgrace . Buhari should order his boys to maintain decorum and civility .Everything that goes right or wrong rest on his head .

You are being insincere.

When have our law enforcement agencies ever needed to read body languages to break the law?

When Obasanjo ordered the occupation of Odi, Victor Malu and his men began to kill indiscriminately. Obasanjo sent another order to Malu to call the soldiers back to barracks, did Malu listen? Because a soldier was killed, many innocent lives were destroyed.

And yes, it is in the constitution that when national security is being challenged, the rights of millions of Nigerians would overshadow the rights of the persons threatening national security.

At least you agree that Buhari is aiding tyranny, no problem then. let me tell you, the DSS or military are only a reflection of the leadership come system we operate here. if we do what's right at all levels, everyone will ordinarily comply but since we are selective in our judgment and sentiments clouds our judgment, then long may such aberration by agencies of government continue. I do not say you should not like someone or the other, but remember that even Idi Amin, Bashir of Sudan; Lauren Gbagbo , Adolf Hitler et al all have some laudable programs to conceal their heinous acts.
My thoughts,ok.

If you knew Buhari, you know the release will not last. Sowore should get ready. Next move will be to kill him and after 6 months. Everything fades away.

Between 2020 and 2021 they will go after Tinubu. He will not survive it.

Fulani does not have any southern friends. They use you and dump when they are done. And they never forgive. Less I forget. They are coming after Rochas too.

NOTE : Age-Old Dichotomy Of Justice In Nigeria

There was once a time when a government was overthrown for corruption and the president of that corrupt government was under “house arrest”, while his vp that hardly signed cheques was in Kirikiri Maximum prison.

For those who do not know, the president that headed that corrupt government and whose punishment was house arrest is a Fulani Muslim. His vice president is an Igbo man and a Christian.

I need not say the name of the leader who put the Fulani man at home, continuing to sleep with his wife and play with his children, while the Igbo man wqs battling mosquitoes, disease and dirt and death in prison.

Okay I wil state his name. He is Muhammadu Buhari

So when you step to my page to wuestion my pointing out the fact that Muslim Fulanis never get jailed for corruption and that the thieving El Rufais walk free, come to me with facts to the contrary like naming names. If you have no such counter-facts, do not sully my page with accusations of my seeing too much tribe and region and religion in everything. Tell me what EL Rufai was worth before he came into government. Come to my page and tell me why Shagari was at home f..kcing his wife while Ekweme who was just a VP was in Kirikiriri.

They went after Jonathan's wife, did you ever hear they tried Namadi Sambo or any of his wives.

Open your eyes people. You are being screwed from behind with your face covered with equity

for this post, some hate speech spies are watching you. they will try to get back at you. be careful. don't release your phone number on nairaland.

It is lazy to say that the DSS and military are a reflection of leadership.

If you think this way, then, how can you explain police brutality in the United States?

Initially, we had thought that perhaps racism accounted for police brutality on blacks in the United States, but why didn't it stop when Obama became president?

Like I wrote, the brutality of law enforcement agencies goes beyond Buhari. Remove Buhari, and the problem would still be there. It is more of a mentality and institution problem than body language.

Chai! And have the judge delivered judgement or just a display of their hallmark anarchy, impunity, brigandage and desecration of court process?

Nigeria is doomed. The upgraded version of the 1983-1985 tyranny have come to stay. What a lawless organization.

The Yorubas say "pickin no know medicine e call am vegetable". A huge size of the Nigerian youths were not born between dec 31 1983 & August 1985. During those dark periods Nigerians suffered in the hands of pharaoh and his men.

Those who heard and thought that we would have a better Nigeria voted in favour of the leadership since 1985.

There should be no cause to lament for them or at least they should enjoy the stage of things the nation finds himself.
