Someone was asking if glo 4g works with redmi 8a. Yes is working perfectly well and that is what am using.

That information is half correct.

Yours is working because you are in an area Glo have rolled out their new band 3 if you or anyone with Redmi 8a is in an area with only Band 28, then no 4G signal for you.

Warning, long post ahead!

KngGezy, I have studied your posts for a while and I have come to some conclusions. Initially, I thought you were misunderstood, or that you were trying to be objective, but I know better now.
I find it sad and highly embarrassing, the way you propagate misinformation on this thread. If you do not have personal information, or verifiable information about a particular phone, the honourable thing to do is to refrain from commenting about said phone. I was quite surprised when I saw you attacking someone who opened a thread to complain about a Samsung A10s. Funny thing was the user loves Samsung, but he was horrified with the A10s, but you went in hard on him and even called the mods to close that thread.
Should I provide an example of your insincere behaviour on this thread? Your unwarranted attack on the Redmi note 8 pro. While your claims that it overheats were true, they are no longer true. The overheating issue has long since been rectified by Redmi as evidenced by recent reviews of the phone.
I am not writing this epistle to change your mind, or to appeal to you to have a rethink; I care less. You have an agenda, so mere words cannot change your mind. However, I am putting this words down for newbies, and those sincerely looking for information. For such people I say, always take everything said here with a pinch of salt. Make sure you conduct your own personal research before concluding on a phone.
I use a Lenovo K5 Pro, it is my personal choice, so I am not trying to coerce anyone to buy a Xiaomi phone. I have a much older Xiaomi phone, which is no longer in good shape, and I know someone who used a Redmi note 3 for a while. There are many people on this thread who use other phone brands, but they still visit this thread. Personally, I visit this thread to learn new things about Xiaomi and Redmi devices. This thread should be for the exchange of ideas. This thread reminds me of the Tecno N3 thread, that thread was lit. Search for that thread and see for yourself.
Fun fact, the Tecno N3 had a Qualcomm SOC.
As an aside, I have also had run-ins with some popular people on this thread. Sometimes it was because I was misunderstood, other times I mistakenly provided wrong information, and on some other occasions there was no valid reason for their attack. However, such experiences are no excuse to provide inaccurate, unverified, or misleading information, just to score cheap points.
I rest my case.

Apologies for the long post.

Hmmmmm

They should also respect others choices . What you are praising now will bite you sooner than later. Everyone has choices and it should be respected. If you see the comments of other Xiaomites on the Infinix thread you would have written a longer epistle.

Or are you also pretending to speak the truth?

Whereas you are supporting the wrong, I have never insulted anyone here. And I only accept facts that are stated politely. And if you are really as conscious as you claim. You would have noticed that I concede to arguments that are replied to politely. And what I post I back up with quotes from users here

Like when I said Gcam was actually a scam.

I dug up both old and recent post

And on the issue of using an A10 grin

This is my second A10 and I also have a Nokia 3.2 that I recently got.

I can comfortably buy an A50 if I want. That aside I have nothing to prove to anyone.

But the main issues are what I have stated

Thanks for the advice

we shouldn't be nitpicking that much, even Huawei uses LCD panel for their high end phone, same as apple

Their is nothing to complain about they have AMOLED device such as k20, mi 9 and mi 10 coming soon
So if one so love AMOLED we get those ones
There is even the oneplus 7 for the love of AMOLED
You are wrong. Apple currently uses AMOLED screen (manufactured & supplied by Samsung) for their phone displays.
It was used first on the iPhone X

But the iPhone 11 and it's predecessor iPhone XR ships with IPS LCD display manufactured and supplied by JDI(Japan Display).

Is the iPhone 11 not current?

Before you argue check, only the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max uses Amoled display

Why did Xiaomi not use their MIUI dialer and contact app? Instead they went with Google dialer and Message app. It's not user friendly to me. And some features are missing like scheduled SMS, the layout, etc?

Did this change come from upgrade to MIUI 11 or it is particular to my RN8? Or I have done something during update?
