many people fear that by declaring pregnancy they are denied entry, which is why I asked and I'm new to this thread. It's all over the internet that USA does not support birth tourism. And I have more than enough funds available that's not a problem !!!

I agree with you but the bashing probably stems from the fact that we have seen people like this online and offline. She has probably read the last 50 pages of the thread and knows all of the above. This question is coming from the mindset of how can I beat the system and have my child. Why would anyone want to beat the system. its either because they plan to not pay or use government assisted programs to birth. Travelling at 5 months when you don't have complications is not a normal occurrence. Then she will come back and when next she goes for an interview will pretend she has never given birth in the USA before.

We know that the consulate monitors this thread, when they see this kind of posts it reinforces the stereotypes they have about us and puts the rest of us who are trying to do the right thing at a disadvantage.[/quote]

If she registers the child in US, the US government will know she is a mother and she gave a birth then.

So need a lil clarification
Previous visa was b1/b2 tourism/vacation given as reason for visit.
Now for childbirth should she answer yes or no the question?.
I think no is the correct answer, as childbirth is medical = b2.
what do u guys think

Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 6 by chibertha(f): 10:08am On Dec 13, 2019
The answer is yes because medical and tourism is in the same B category.
That is how I did mine.

As per your 3rd question, some people do this to try and withold certain information before their interview. It doesn't work.

I believe your intentions are sincere so you must avoid that pitfall of being mistakenly profiled as having intent to withhold information.

Good evening everyone, pls this will be my first time again entering the US after I gave birth in may 2016. This time around, am just going for vacation with my kids and not for child birth. Kindly let me know what other documents that could be of help at POE apart from receipts of hospital payments and my zero balance I got when I delivered.
Thank you

Hello everyone. I’m 23 weeks gone and I’m planning to give birth in the US. My husband is an online freelancer, and I also get paid by cash so we don’t have a solid statement of account to present. We however have 5.5m saved in treasury bills.

My younger sister on the other hand who’s a green card holder in the US is willing to be my sponsor for all the expenses. Also I’ve been denied tourist visa twice in 2017 and 2018. What are my chances of getting the birth tourist visa. Thank you.

By pocket-friendly I suppose you mean like $20,000.00 to $30,000.00 anyway medical cost is state and area dependent.

Aside the ds3053, does my husband need to write a letter of consent also to be notarized at the embassy. Thank you.

Good evening lovely mums. Please I have a question, I don't know if there's been a similar problem here. Is there any mum on F1 visa that has given birth in USA before??
Like, she has already applied for F1 visa and granted then she became pregnant. Will she come back to Nigeria and apply for B2 prior to delivery or just stay and give birth? I want to know if there's a procedure to follow on case of renewal.
Please I need more Information about this. Thank you so much
