First thing that crossed my mind was how clean the cuts are.

Some kind of precision tool was used in dismembering .

Also, it isn't a ritual killing but one out of anger and perhaps hate.

I'm tempted to believe the killer had an accomplice or carried out his activity in a soundproof location or maybe remote location.
