Khaleell001:You have a better understanding of that passage than I do, yet you find it difficult to understand a simple statement. "I don't have answers to your questions, and I'm not trying to support or oppose the idea of Jesus being God" . My focus is on that passage, and I repeat it, its purpose is not to disprove Jesus' divinity, but to expose some qualities of man which cannot be attributed to God. Very simple, I am not arguing with you on whether Jesus is God or not. |

Khaleell001:Like seriously u need to stop drawing conclusions without making proper research, the text I quoted you with earlier was about Jesus being present at the beginning of creation even before the creation of Mary his earthly mother,he came through Mary to prove to u and I that it is not impossible to live a good life even as a man. Also u saying God has many sons with Jesus being one of them is wrong because Jesus and God are one. According to the scriptures,Jesus once said and I quote "I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE". God himself is in three persons,we have GOD THE FATHER,GOD THE SON AND GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT,They are collectively known as God just like THE SHELL,THE ALBUMEN AND THE YOKE is collectively called THE EGG.Therefore u can't believe in one without believing in the rest of them and dat is where Muslims are getting it wrong, they believe in God the Father without believing in God the son and God the holyspirit. For those shouting Religion is this and that,I want u all to know that Christianity is not a religion but a way of life, when the disciples went to Antioch where they were first called Christians, that name was given to them not because of the fact that they followed Jesus but because of the way they lived thier lives going about doing good and being good and dat lifestyle was synonymous with Christ,so firstly the disciples believed in Christ because of the way he lived his life and went on to adopt dat same lifestyle so dat was were the term CHRISTIANITY was coined from. I am a Christian and I do not believe in Christianity of shouting and performing magic, although I believe in miracles but what I think truly makes me a Christian Is my lifestyle.Thank you |

No. Just go to kebbi on Fridays, you wil see mosque overflowing to a major express, mats spread on the road, with megaphones mounted, completely blocking a federal road preaching what we totally disagree with in loud speakers ...but we all respect them and inconvenient ourselves ,find other routes and life goes on...same thing happens here at idumota every friday, blocking asses to the shops of Christians, and they let them be,since its just for 2hours at most.....hypocrites 1 Like |

Slimdan360: You are just talking without fleshing it with scriptural facts. The analogy of using the egg does not even stand as evidence for you. Let's hear Jesus give that idea a lie that God, Himself,His son (Jesus)The Holy spirit are one indivisible entity. He says : "I can do nothing on my own. I judge as God tells me. Therefore, my judgment is just, because I carry out the will of the one who sent me, not my own will." -John 5:30 If he(Jesus) was co-equal with God how come he is saying he can not judge by himself since he is "God" himself like you claim? Not only that ,he also says he is sent. we ask withntgwie temperament of a teenager,by whom? God;which means God is a higher authority who dishes out judgement which Jesus himself admittedly says he must follow because he has no will of his own. Does this sound like someone who is co-equal to God? Let's go to another one; "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." -Mathew 24:36 If he(Jesus) is also co-equal with God as the shell, yoke and Albumen analogy you gave, it would mean what God knows he willl definitely know, and what the Holy Spirit knows then other two entities of the triune should know, but Jesus as we can see from Mathew 24:36 is clearly and unequivocally denying knowing the hour(the day of Judgment) which knowledge rest with God alone. I think I will stop here for now so you can tell us where and where did Jesus make himself equal to God. The "I am and my father and one " argument you are trying to throw in does not say anything in clear terms that Jesus was God's co-equal,it is just one in essence in a metaphorical sense. To make you understand this better Jesus also says to his disciples in John 17:21: "that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me." Does this mean as Jesus said that God, himself and his disciples are one which according to your triune logic means they would be thirteen Gods put together like a sandwich or a sausage? No! What he was inferring here by using the word "one" is, in essence;that is, God himself being the creator who sends down instructions, he (Jesus) and his disciples are one in unity of purpose not one in body or in the literal sense:.." He(jesus) went further to paint a clearer picture here that he was only a messenger not God, how much more being His co-equal saying : "so that they may BELIEVE that You (God) SENT me" The point here is not about what you say or I say, but what the personality -Jesus who is at the centre of this whole argument say he is. If he was God he would said it clearly without to tongue in his cheek. The thing you Christian folks keep missing is, you just selectively read verses from your Bible that suits your narrative and think we can't dig up what you intentionally gloss over without asking questions. At the juncture we need to ask all chest beating, bible thumping Christians to tell us who they are following : Is it Jesus or Paul? Because all what Jesus said are openly being contradicted by Saul of Tarsus the man you call St. Paul whom was an open enemy to Christians in his early days till he heard a voice which came upon him on his way to Damascus(currently in Syria). And. no one knows if the voice was from God,Jesus or the devil himself. Which every wannabe Christians preacher now claim to see and hear of when "God" calls them. This is the deception you won't find from Muslims without the con artist being exposed. |

Khaleell001: Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. in the above passage who was God the Father referring to,was it u or does it mean he was taking permission from you,lol According to you{Jesus also says to his disciples in John 17:21: "that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me." does this mean as Jesus said that God, himself and his disciples are one which according to your triune logic means they would be thirteen Gods put together like a sandwich or a sausage?}=Yet again u misunderstood the Bible do u know what it means to be In Christ,to be in Christ is just like being Christ like and following his teachings. John 17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:This passage says that all those who believe in Jesus will be one just as him and his father are one and not that all those who believe in him will be one with him and his father, this is simple English stuff na,so do u still think wat u wrote here now is in any way related to where Jesus said "I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE",I don't think so About u saying Christians not knowing who visited Paul on his way to Damascus,do u think the Devil will visit Paul and tell him to spread the Gospel and in turn die for that same gospel, pls stop trying to prove a pointless point Acts 9:1 And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, 9:2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. 9:3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 9:4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 9:5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 9:6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do. 9:7 And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man. 9:8 And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus. when Paul was arrested by the Lord on his way to Damascus,he was going to do the devil's business so how can the devil visit him again and make him repent to spread the gospel, pls reason before typing. According to you[but Jesus as we can see from Mathew 24:36 is clearly and unequivocally denying knowing the hour(the day of Judgment) which knowledge rest with God alone.]= Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.it is the same Jesus that will be coming during the rapture, just stop reading half passages of the Bible, indept studying is necessary. Lastly, stop comparing God the Father to God the son and God the Holy Spirit, they all have their different roles but still yet they are God and u can't believe in one without believing in the rest of them just like how the shell, albumen and the yolk have their different roles and can only achieve their common goal by being together as the "EGG" u love eating so much .all those passages u quoted above about Jesus taking permission from God should not be ur concern because he was only playing his role in bringing u to salvation and not the role of his father, but to be in Christ and him in u should.Thank u |

You're just one hypocrite that's why you find just hard condemning something wrong the woman did. I said it b4 and I'll say it again, I don't care what religion that woman practice. You yelling around the streets with a megaphone is calling for a reaction at least she isn't deaf unless u mean the Preacher is preaching to deaf people. She did what her impulse ask her to do and that's what I support. if you don't respect people's sanity, no one should respect yours... period. You got a brain bro... use it |

Christian and muslim dont serve or worship the same God. Ilah and allah sounds like the devil himself. If we serve the same God, they wont face the east to pray, it means their god is nt omni-present. Make no mistake no about it, we dont serve the same God. Oil and water can never mix. |
